In conformity with the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 3rd, 4th and 5th Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, steered by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Culture, initiated and organized by the International Cooperation Center, National Development and Reform Commission and the Art Development Center, Ministry of Culture, the "2nd International Cultural Industry Investment Symposium" is scheduled to take place at the Beijing Exhibition Centre from June 12 to June 15, 2016 (2 days for exhibition arrangement and 2 days for exhibition).
As an outward investment event in China's culture industry, the symposium includes exhibitions and presentations, investment negotiations, summits and forums, project recommendations and high-level meetings, brings together entities such as international organizations, government departments, financial institutions and enterprises, pools elements such as capital, projects and information, and contains a lot of financing opportunities and cooperation information. It is a superb opportunity for Chinese enterprises to go global, as well as a good portal via which overseas projects absorb investment from China. In 2016, the symposium will attract participants from tens of countries and regions in the world, and create a platform for tens of hundreds of domestic enterprises, financial institutions and investment institutions to negotiate and cooperate with overseas sides.
The Symposium will continue to uphold the national strategy of "globalization", encourage domestic local governments and enterprises to join cultural investment project presentation, release and promotion, and serve project financing wholeheartedly.

Conference Plan
1. Conference Arrangement:
The symposium is held annually; Each session lasts for 4 days
(2 days for exhibition arrangement and 2 days for exhibition)

Content of the Symposium
1. Exhibitions and Presentations:
Outstanding cultural projects of all countries around the world, all provinces and cities of China will be organized to participate in the exhibition. The projects participating in the exhibition will be exhibited and presented comprehensively using both texts and pictures. Cultural industry investment projects with investment values will be provided for investment and financing institutions.
2. Investment Negotiations:
Various domestic and overseas investment institutions will be organized to visit the exhibition and conduct assessment and analysis on the exhibited cultural investment projects, and matching service will be provided for them to establish investment proposals and determine investment projects; a special session for dialogue between project undertakers and investment and financing institutions will be arranged, and one on one investment matching negotiations will be organized.
Useful assistance and effective follow-up service will be provided for the cooperation and negotiation between both sides of investment before, during and after the symposium.
3. Summits and Forums:
Domestic and overseas high-level cultural investment experts and financial experts will be organized to carry out targeted discussions on the international cultural industry investment and development and the development of China's cultural industry and to help cultural entities capture the development opportunities, plan outstanding projects and promote the success of project investment and financing.
Content of Exhibitions and Presentations
The exhibition hall is divided into two areas:International Exhibition Area and Domestic Exhibition Area.
On a regional basis, the international exhibition area sets up the Asian exhibition area, the European and American exhibition area and the African and Oceanian exhibition area.
According to the exhibition categories, the following exhibition areas are planned to be set up under the domestic exhibition area:
Exhibition Area of Financial Investment Service:
For banking, security, insurance, fund, trust and guarantee institutions, social investment and financing institutions, network financial institutions, etc. to carry out exhibition.
Exhibition Area of Press, Publications, Calligraphy and Painting: Exhibit all types of media investment projects, books publishing projects, outstanding calligraphy and painting projects, etc.
Exhibition Area of Film and Television, Performing Arts, Cartoons and Games:
Exhibit studio entertainment projects, drama, music and quyi tradition investment projects, outstanding cartoons projects, games projects, etc. Exhibition Area of Time-Honored Brands and Collection Culture: Exhibit traditional brands projects, outstanding enterprise culture projects, special craft projects, all kinds of collections, etc.
Exhibition Area of Travel, Leisure and Health Maintenance:
Exhibit national key tourism culture projects, local special cultural tourism projects, outstanding tourism development area projects, key projects of health maintenance and leisure for the elderly, etc.
Exhibition Area of Style Design and Garden Art:
Exhibit outstanding architectural art such as garden culture and style design. Creative Cultural Industry Exhibition Area:
Exhibit "Aesthetic education project - Happy village" in county-level creative cultural industry projects, intangible creative cultural heritage projects, "Chinese bride" creative cultural industry projects, launching ceremony of "Chinese brides" serial activities contest, characteristics city
(village) art planning & design competition exhibition, innovative art derivatives exhibition.
Traditional Chinese Medicine Ecological and Cultural Industry Exhibition Area:
Exhibit Chinese medicine industry projects (including exhibitions of Chinese medicine books, medicinal materials, utensils and processing technology; experience and presentation of expert diagnosis and treatment, exhibition of minority nationalities' medicine culture and medical products, exhibition of Chinese medicine-related enterprises and products in China, exhibition of international Chinese medicine-related enterprises, etc.), Great Health Industry projects (including medical care, elderly care real estate presentation, display of green building materials and manufacturing processes, display of internationally renowned medical, elderly care and health institutions, etc.).
Content of Summits and Forums
Theme Forum: Accelerating the Implementation of the Strategy of Invigorating China through Culture, Promoting International Cultural Investment Cooperation (Main Venue)
Participants: All Chinese and foreign dignitaries and guests invited to the conference.
Special Session: International Cultural Industry Investment and Exchanges (Venue I)
Leaders of the Department of Fixed Asset Investment and the Department of Foreign Capital and Overseas Investment of National Development and Reform Commission, Bureau for External Cultural Relations and Department of Culture Industry of the Ministry of Culture are planned to be invited to attend the session.
Special Session: Support and Service from the Financial Industry for the Cultural Industry (Venue II)

Delicate manuals for investment promotion in the symposium will be made in line with the unified international standards for attracting foreign investment and will be issued to all the investment and financing institutions and personages of all circles participating in the symposium.
2.Exhibitors' booths for investment promotion will be elaborately arranged
and all publicity methods will be used. We will also guide and help the exhibitors to conduct effective and outstanding publicity on their projects for investment promotion, their image, products and brands.
3.Investment information matching service will be provided for both sides
of investment and financing for domestic and overseas projects before the conference. If necessary, one on one project negotiation and matching service will be organized for both sides of investment and financing.
4.For the projects for which investments are agreed in the symposium, we
will help to trace and implement the funding after the conference.
