Gender equality, both in Western democracies and in ancient civilization, no matter how differences in social systems and how high the voice of equality, but in the end, failed to obtain equality in the true sense. Gender inequality not only exists in China but also Western civilization . women's freedom and equality still needs substantial improvements, and it does not get enough of equality as people images.

Gender stereotypes affect male and female professional role. Positive stereotypes such as people often think that females are thoughtful, gentle, smart, attentive and so on. Those positive stereotypes make women engage in matching inefficient, monotonous and almost no professional human capital requirements, such as nurses, social workers, textile workers and nannies. Negative stereotypes such as lack of physical strength, easy to quarrel, lower mathematical ability. Those negative

stereotypes make the proportion of women in the construction workers, scientists, pilots, and other senior management positions is relatively lower.Currently in the world,the patriarchy which is derived from the family roles of men and women of positioning is still a dominant patriarchal gender system . Men are the main and in charge of the major source of income. Women are assisted who plays his wife, caregiver and mother's role . Over the years, the role of women in society are expected that the primary responsibility is the life of family , child-rearing. This causes bondage for women's development. Under the guidance of this kind of social values,men`s social values are amplified. Dispute fame is considered the thing which the men should do. women's family responsibilities are zoom.Housework, child-rearing is considered the thing which the women should do. In this traditional values, women were thought to be impossible and should not be successful. This results a lot of women Lose confidence in themselves.Under the patriarchal culture formed a gender bias against female employment.

Many female students are often not confident doubt their ability. Girls do not give up easily because of the unspoken rules of the employer.
