【摘要】如何培养理论扎实、操作水平出众的技能人才，是焊接教学中不断探索的课题。本文从如何激发学生学习兴趣、模块化教学、因材施教、采用多媒体教学、评价教学，让学生参与教学过程等方面进行了探讨。
