NF-κB
Nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells Array
NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated
B cells) is a protein complex that controls transcription of DNA.
NF-κB is found in almost all animal cell types and is involved in
cellular responses to stimuli such as stress, cytokines, free radicals,
ultraviolet irradiation, oxidized LDL, and bacterial or viral antigens.
NF-κB plays a key role in regulating the immune response to
infection. Incorrect regulation of NF-κB has been linked to
cancer, inflammatory, and autoimmune diseases, septic shock, viral
infection, and improper immune development. NF-κB has also
been implicated in processes of synaptic plasticity and memory. There
are five proteins in the mammalian NF-κB family:
NF-κB1, NF-κB2, RelA, RelB, c-Rel.
NF-κB Inhibitors & Modulators
CID-2858522 selectively inhibits the NF-(kappa)B pathway (IC50 <0.1 (mu)M for PMA-stimulated IL-8 production) induced by PKC,operating downstream of PKC but upstream of IKKbeta, without Didox is a strong inhibitor of ribonucleotide reductase (RR) that
interferes with DNA synthesis and repair by blocking the production of deoxyribonucleotides and has demonstrated antitumor effects for Emodin is a naturally occurring anthraquinone present in the roots and barks of numerous plants; exerts antiproliferative effects in cancer cells that are regulated by different signaling pathways.
JSH-23 is an inhibitor of NF-κB transcriptional activity with IC50 of Lipoic acid inhibits activation of nuclear factor kappa-B, which is Parthenolide (PTL) is a sesquiterpene lactone which can induce Parthenolide can deplete HDAC1 protein without affecting other PNRI-299 is a selective AP-1 transcription inhibitor with IC50 of 20uM without affecting NF-kappaB transcription (up to 200 uM) or Email: sales@https://www.360docs.net/doc/c016631937.html,
