[Abstract]Objective： To analyze the reasons for the phenomenon of reverse flow of contrast agent during hysterosalpingography examination， in order to prevent the occurrence of this phenomenon. Methods： 180 patients underwent hysterosalpingography examination during December 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and were divided according to whether a countercurrent occurred. A group of 30 patients with countercurrent and a group of 150 cases without countercurrent were determined. And the possible causes of the countercurrent were analyzed. Results： During hysterosalpingography examination， the occurrence of countercurrent of contrast agent is related with the imaging time， duration of menstruation，tubal smoothness， type of infertility and uterine morphology， etc. The differences between the groups were statistically significant （P

在临床上，子宫输卵管造影术是一种使用较为普遍的诊断子宫输卵管疾病的检查手段，其可以将子宫输卵管内腔形态清晰的展现出来，同时可对输卵管异常位置进行精确的定位[1]。

但在进行检查时，极易发生一些合并症，造影逆流就是其中之一，该合并症可引发极为严重的后果。因而，了解造影逆流发生的原因，且提出相应的对策，是十分有必要的。鉴于此，笔者对30例发生噪音逆流患者的临床资料进行分析，以了解其发生逆流的原因，现报道如下。
