评析:作为毕业生，你过去的人生大部分时间花在学校里，要想挑出一个真实的专业个人成就很困难。但是，每个人的一生中总是有一些引以为荣的成就的，所以别让这些狡猾的问题坑了你。选一些与这个Position 相对应的能力来说。

下面来具体看看这道题。

万万不可这样回答

以下两种回答是最多人喜欢用的，也是最没用的：

I passed CFA/CPA/other exam.

I maintained a 3.8/3.9/4.0 GPA.

不管你自己对这些所谓的成就多么引以为荣，对于面试官来说都是无关痛痒的。当你游走在各个公司参加面试，渴望那些工作，仅仅是成绩好，或者学习能力高很难让你在芸芸众生中脱颖而出，因为大部分公司招聘要求都会对成绩有要求的，而证书和成绩证明的是重复的能力。

该如何降妖伏魔？

1. 除了学业方面的成就，你还有什么亮点？→就算他们不明着问，内心也是希望Candidate 往这个方向回答

2. 令你成功的因素是什么？是什么激励着你？→他们想要更多地了解你这个人

3. 对于你来说，什么是重要的→想了解你个人的态度如何，你的价值观与公司相不相符

4. 选出来的例子不要是能够轻易完成的→能够让面试官看出为了能够成功，你是怎么地坚决果断、全心全意

Candidate 真的需要懂得向面试官展示自己牛在哪儿。你的成就是不是能展示你有着强烈的上进心和良好的自我认识，是不是实现了你自己设定的目标。

官高一尺，我高一丈

1. 答题思路

?选择一个能展现与这个职位相关的能力的例子，来说明你有该能力

?首先总结一下，可以参考这样的句式：

“ When I worked at ____, I led / developed / created / solved _____. ”

?然后说一说具体的过程，你是怎样 Make it happen 的（可以简单说说过程中你获得了什么 Insights / Skills )

?你做的这件事是否为公司带来卓越的成果

( Increased revenues, Savings, Customer raves, Recognition from executive mgt, etc. )?最后，总结的时候结合为什么你想要这份工作

2. 使用STAR Method ：

背景Situation ：给面试官营造一个具体的语境：详细描述一下情况，为什么这个成就很重要，为什么这个成就不是小菜一碟？

任务Task ：你的目标是什么？

行动Action ：做了什么去完成目标？

结果Result ：确保这是个清晰而具体的事情。

3. 选一个跟申请的职位相关的专业成就。

4.如果你还在苦于无话可说，那么你可以想想有没有完成过下面的某一些事情：

?创办过学生组织或者让其更上一层楼

?通过某些自己害怕的事情克服了恐惧

?克服紧张完成了公开演讲

为慈善组织筹得了一定金额的善款

I have several notable accomplishments in both my education and my work ex perience.

Probably the most notable accomplishment was delivery of the mobile apps p roject during my internship at ABC company

this past summer. I joined the tech development team at a time when they were in the process of losing a team member due to relocation. That team member was t he lead for the iOS version of the mobile app under development. Since I had alre ady developed two iOS apps and no one else on the team had worked with iOS, I was asked to take the lead for the iOS development and deployment, effectively h alf of the project.

This was outside the original scope of my internship, but definitely missio n critical. I was able to deliver the app on time before completion of my internshi p and have deployed it to the iTunes store. It has already received over 100 positiv e reviews from customers. Would you like to see it?
