考研复试考察的三大部分包括：专业课笔试、英语听力口语、综合面试这几大部分，今天我们来详细的讲解综合面试这一部分，考生们一定要认真学习哦。

综合素质面试：包括思想政治素质和道德品质、社会实践或实际工作表现、事业心、责任感、纪律性(遵纪守法)、协作性和心理健康情况、人文素养、举止、表达和礼仪等。

综合素质面试意在使学生的综合素养在通过导师与学生面对面

沟通的过程中全面的展示出来。这些综合素养包括：继续深造专业的专业素养(专业知识掌握的程度)、辨别综合事物所表现出的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力等。

除了这些，面对面的接触会留下很多的软效果，攀谈的过程中导师会对你的性格、兴趣、特长、思想道德素质等观察入微，最后会通过这些综合的表现，判定你是否具有再接受培养的潜质，即最后的分数。

面试的内容：在面试之前最好准备一段干练的自我介绍，如果报考研究生专业还是本科专业的延续，内容可以包含在本专业中已经取得的成果和心得，自己的爱好、兴趣等能够迅速让老师锁定你的信息。

在内容的准备上要务实，实事求是，浪漫主义色彩在这里就显得不切合主题了。老师在面试过程中有可能提出的问题有：为什么报考本专业，读研后在相关领域的短期、长期规划是什么等，这样问的目的主要是想了解你是否清楚自身条件和所要选择的前途之间的关系，对本专业的忠诚度等。

所以，在知道自己初试成绩过线的时候，就在这方面准备一下，未雨绸缪。虽然导师众多，平常心态从容回答想表达的内容就好。接受提问后不必匆忙回答，最好稍加思考，揣摩一下老师提问这个问题的用意，在脑中迅速按照逻辑关系组织答案，切记稳重前行。因为这

不仅仅是在考察你的专业知识掌握的程度，更重要的是在考察你在遇见问题的时候，分析问题就、解决问题的能力，这就决定了你在导师门下的去留。

考研复试面试一般可以分为单独面试与集体面试。

1.单独面试

单独面试的优点是能提供一个面对面的机会，让面试双方较深入地交流。单独面试又有两种类型。

一是只有一个主考官负责整个面试过程。二是有多位主考官参加整个面试过程，但每次均只与一位应试者交谈。后者广泛被院校复试面试采用，有利于避免某一位考官看问题的片面性，但是对考生造成的压力很大，毕竟一个人要面对好几位学界的专家。

2.集体面试

集体面试又称作小组面试，指多位应试者同时面对考官的情况。在集体面试中，通常要求应试者进行小组讨论，相互协作解决某一问题，或者让应试者轮流担任领导主持会议、发表演讲等。这种面试方法主要用于考查应试者的人际沟通能力、洞察力、把握环境的能力和领导能力等。

国外较多的商学院采用这种方式进行面试。但我国研究生教育的主要培养目标是学术型人才，对于分工协作能力或是领导能力很少作为考查内容，所以国内院校很少采用这种讨论型的面试方式。
