摘要:营养元素(C?N?P等)在自然界的循环是基本的物质循环,营养元素在湖泊系统中的输入?迁移?转化?输出的生物地球化学过程是复杂的动态过程,稳定同位素必然会对这一动态过程产生响应?阐述了氮元素在湖泊中的生物地球化学行为及其影响因素,并从柱状沉积物δ13C?

δ15N的变化?水质污染与有机质迁移释放?沉积物—水营养元素交换过程?湖泊氮的同位素特征及其影响因素等方面概括了氮同位素技术在湖泊研究中的应用?

Nitrogen Biogeochemical Process of Lake and Its Application of

Nitrogen Isotope Techniques

Abstract: The cycle of nutrient elements(C,N,P,etc.) in the nature is basic cycle of material. The biogeochemical process of nutrient elements including input,migration,conversion and output in lake system is a complex dynamic process. The stable isotope is bound to respond to the dynamic process. Nitrogen biogeochemical behaviors in the lake and factors influencing behaviors are reviewed in the paper. The application of nitrogen isotope techniques in studying nitrogen biogeochemical process of lake including δ13C and δ15N changes of the columnar sediment,water pollution and organic matter migration/remobilised,nutrients exchange process in the sediment and water interface,lakes nitrogen isotope characteristics and factors influencing nitrogen isotope technique are summarized.
