Unit 2 My week 一、单元整体分析 本单元是义务教育灵通版（pep）小学英语教科书五年级上册的第二单元。主要围绕话题My week引出A、B、C三个板块的内容。A、B部分呈现新知识点，C部分是以讲故事形式巩固或延展知识面。 本单元学习的主题是有关学校课程安排和周末活动的。A部分包括情景对话与重点短语两个内容，分两个课时学习，重点掌握八个单词“Monday，Tuesday，Wednesday，Thursday，Friday，Saturday，Sunday，weekend”和“What do yo u have on Mondays? I have Chinese, English, maths and music”的问答句型。B部分包括情景对话、重点动词短语以及阅读短文等三个内容，分三课时学习，重点掌握五个动词短语“wash my clothes，watch TV， do homework，read books， play football，”和重点句型“Do you often wash your clothes on the weekend? Yes, I do.”.等句型。最后把A部分的拼读规则、B部分的动词短语分类打包以及C部分的讲故事组成一课时展开学与练活动。 本单元设计的A和B部分均是先呈现重点句型的语言环境，培养学生熟悉真实语言环境中感受新句型核心词汇，然后呈现更多的动词短语，丰富学生们的词汇量，拓展了重点句型的应用范围，之后又精心设计了阅读训练和听力训练，为学生们搭建了精致的训练模板，最后再以讲故事形式，为学生提供表演剧本，学生们甚是欢天喜地。本单元借助网络资源、自制PPT课件、录音机、录音磁带、图卡、词卡、学生自制头饰等多种呈现方式，引导学生运用小组活动、做游戏、猜谜语、角色表演等多种学习方法进行练习与巩固，激发学生学习英语的浓厚兴趣，鼓励学生灵活运用所学语言知识，正确描述学校课程安排以及周末活动，培养学生的语言交际能力，形成良好的运用英语进行交流的好习惯。 二、单元教学目标 1.知识目标 （1）能够听、说、读、写八个单词：Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, weekend, ；以及四个日常活动的词组：wash my clothes, watch TV, do homework, read books, play football。 （2）能够听、说、读、写句型：What do you have on Mondays / …? 库存管理是企业基础管理 库存管理是企业基础管理的一个重要环节，通过控制库存，减少库存资金占用，最终降低生产成本，取得好的经济效益。然而减少库存量和保障生产正常运行是一对矛盾体。处理不好，可能会造成大量积压或者供应满足不了产品生产需求。准时化管理是制造业新兴的生产管理理念，其目的是在实现原材料、在制品及产成品保持最小库存的情况下进行大批量生产。该方法较好地解决了减少库存与保障生产之间的矛盾。航空产品制造业是一项高投入高产出的行业，合理库存降低成本，具有较为现实的意义。 关键词：库存管理准时化 库存成本主要包括：（1）占用资金的机会成本、过期损失、占用存储设施等产生的持有成本；（2）生产不同的产品所产生的生产准备成本；（3）订购成本；（4）由于缺货所引起的缺货成本。对于不同的企业来说，造成库存成本主要因素是不同的。对于主机厂来说其最主要的库存成本来源于成品、部件造成资金占用损失的机会成本；由于成品超期所产生的复验费、超期处理费、报废损失；由于产品改型所造成的积压损失等。在传统的生产方式下，企业按计划生产，生产数量一般不会有大的波动，因而对物料的需求是均匀的。传统的库存管理中遵循"库存补充"的原则，保证在任何时候仓库
里都有一定数量的存货，以便生产需要时随时取用。而在现代制造业中，企业面向市场，对物料的需求是不均匀、不稳定的，对库存的需求是间断发生的。采用传统订货法的库存管理系统下达的订货时间常常偏早，从而造成物料积压，既导致大量资金的无效占用，又引起库存费用的增加。另一方面，又由于生产需求的不均衡，会造成库存短缺，从而给生产造成严重损失。在传统库存管理中，库存一旦低于订货点或消耗时，就立即发出订货，以保证一定的存货。这种不依需求而定的做法很不合理，在需求间断的条件下，必然造成大量的库存积压，资金周转周期长。 JIT(Just In Time)意为及时或准时，也有译为精练管理。它是20世纪70年代日本创造的一种库存管理与控制的现代管理思想，在日本丰田集团得到广泛实施，并取得巨大的成效。JIT的基本思想是以顾客(市场)为中心，根据市场需求来组织生产。JIT是一种倒拉式管理，即逆着生产工序，由顾客需求开始，订单→产成品→组件→配件→零件和原材料，最后到供应商。具体说，就是企业根据顾客的订单组织生产，根据订单要求的产品数量，上道工序就应该提供相应数量的组件，更前一道工序就应该提供相应的配件，再前一道工序提供需要的零件或原材料，由供应商保证供应。整个生产是动态的，逐个向前逼进的。上道工序提供的正好是下道工序所需要的，且时间上正好(准时，Just In Time)，数量上正好。JIT系统要求企业的供、产、销各环节紧密配合，大大降低了库存，从而降低成本，提高了生产效率和效益。JIT不仅是一种旨在降低库存，消除整个生产过程中的浪费，优化利用
