What is your attitude toward working overtime?
It is generally known that overtime is a common phenomenon. Everyone has different views about working overtime. In my opinion, I agree with overtime in the necessary case, but the invalid overtime should be unnecessary.
On the one hand, Overtime is common in the real life. According to the survey, 96% of the accountants have to work an extra shift. They work overtime for an average of 20 hours per month. They must finish the financial reports in a fixed time every month.Sometimes，overtime is vitally need to deal with emergencies. It is our duty to complete our work. Generally speaking, I agree with the necessary overtime.
On the other hand, there are a lot of invalid overtime cases. Some people are used to procrastination, resulting in failure to finish work on time. Even some
workers prefer overtime as a way to improve their income. It is an irresponsible attitude towards the company and individual. Invalid overtime working should be banned. Indeed, we would give up our time on our family life and entertianmengt, while working overtime. But we have an obligation to make a contribution to the development of our company。If we make the most of our time, and arrange work properly,we can reduce overtime and create more benefits.
