摘要:随着工业化的高速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高的同时也带来了气候变化,全球变暖,森林面积

减少,淡水资源遭受污染。引领社会绿色理念,倡导绿色生活、生产方式和社会可持续发展成为全国乃至全球人民守卫我们共同家园的努力方向。作为中学生要树立起保护环境节能减排从我做起的责任感。本节课的英语教学利用信息技术从学生们身边的实例出发,简单直观,让学生人人参与,激发学生的是非观,荣辱观,让学生在课堂教学中人人有话可说,有话想说,有话要说。实现把英语做为语言工具灵活运用的目的。

关键词:绿色生活;英语教学;信息技术;语言工具

一.教材分析:

本课是仁爱版初中英语九年级上Unit2Topic3 SectionB.此部分利用Michael 和Jane 两人的对话及海滩清洁日活动教育学生成为环保小卫士。以观看视频,讨论,思考,制作环保标语等形式进行教和学。从学生身边的事渗透环保,从小事做起从身边做起,加深学生对环境保护的理解,增强学生热爱环境保护环境的意识。

二.学情分析:

按照让学生能积极参与,探究,体验,创新,合作,自主学习的要求,在教学中以学生为中心,设计丰富的活动和任务,创设情景,鼓励学生积极参与,增强趣味性本课根据初中生的特点,设计了一系列的活动,让其积极参与,成为课堂学习的主人,提高学生的学习能力,提高英语的学习效率。

三.教学内容:

教材p43中1a,1b和p44 中2a,2b ,2c.

四.教学课型:

新授课(听说课,读写课,综合任务活动课)

五.教学目标:

1.知识与技能:

⑴词汇:ought to, distance, cloth, action, battery

⑵语法:ought to +动词原形,ought not to +动词原形

⑶话题:To be a greener personer.

2.过程与方法:运用教材内容进行“听,读”练习,结合生活事例“说”环保,再进行写的练习——制作环保标语。

3.情感态度价值观:

⑴培养团队合作精神小组合作积极有效地阅读,讨论,思考完成学习任务。

⑵进一步提高学生对英语学习的热情,增强学习的兴趣。培养学生积极主动地参与课堂活动,大胆开口,主动模仿。

⑶树立环保意识,增强社会责任感和忧患意识。

本课重点活动是1a和2a及保护环境的各种表达。

九.教学过程设计(五步教学方案)

Step 1 Review 第一步复习(时间:8分钟)

1.目的:培养学生垃圾分类不乱扔回收利用好再生的意识。复习上节课的3Rs,并给垃圾分类。既是复习SECTION A中的Part 2部分,也是本课2C的内容,用上自制的垃圾分类箱直观形象,让学生加深对3Rs的认识。

T:Hello,everyone. Nice to meet you .

S:Nice to meet you too.

T:In the last lesson,we learned “the three Rs”Can you tell me what 3Rs are?

S:Reduce, reuse and recycle.

T:Very good. Do you bring the garbage you’ve collected?

S:Yes.

T:There are four boxes here. Please sort the garbage and see who can do it faster and better.Ready ,go!

用教师自制的垃圾分类箱让学生对他们所收集到的废品进行分类,检查学生对垃圾分类的情况,错误的加以纠正,教师出示一些废弃的电池、饮料瓶、塑料袋等实物,并引出生词battery。(板书并要求学生理解。

2.(让学生据此进行谈论,继而引入本课标题“Would you like to be a greener personer?”让学生明白保护环境对我们的生活改善是有现实意义的)

T:Last week I went to a river nearby. But I saw something I didn’t want to see. Do you want to know what I have seen?

S:Yes.

T:Ok.Watch the video and you can find the answer.

T:What did you see in the video in the beginning?

S:I saw some fish had died. The river was dirty and smelled terrible.We can see rubbish here and there.

T:What did they do to change it?

S:They sort the garbage.

They plant trees and flowers.

They took some rubbish out of the river.

They collected some battery.

They buy some recycling bins for school.

T;Good guys.We can do something to protect our environment . Would you like to be a greener person?(板书)

S:Yes .

Step 2 Presentation 第二步呈现(时间:10分钟)

1.Jane and Michael are talking about how to be a greener person . Let’s listen to the tape and answer the following questions.

(让学生听录音1a,并回答问题。板书并解释a short distance)

2.让学生听录音跟读,并说出简的建议)

T: Listen to the tape again, and tell Jane’s advice.

教师深入学生中,了解共性问题并讲解。) T:Now, read 1a. Boys read the part of Michael and girls read the part of Jane.

T: Find out the importance and difficulties you don’t understand,then discuss in group.

S1: Michael would like to be a greener person . Jane gives him three pieces of advice. She tells him that he ought to turn off the lights when he leaves a room. when he wants to travel a short distance, he’d better walk or ride a bike, not take a bus or a taxi…

3.观看A视频,内容是生活中一些人破坏环境的行为,让学生找错,并用ought not to 的句型对之进行劝阻,

强化环保意识,抵制不良行为。

T:To be a greener person is so easy but some people do something bad for our environment .Now watch a video and think about what you will say to them use “ought to ” or “ought not to”.

4.观看有关爱护环境节约能源的视频B段,让学生用ought to 的句型来说环保行为。树立正面榜样,让学生明白保护环境节约能源可以从身边的点滴小事做起。

S:We ought to turn off the light when we are not using them.

We ought to throw rubbish into the dustbin.

We ought to save food.

We ought to save energy.

We ought to cover the pans when we are cooking.

We ought to turn the light off when we ate not using them.

Step 4 Practice 第四步练习(时间:10分钟)

1.制作一张英文环保标语并展示

2.请每个同学总结一句有关日常环保的句子,深化环保意识,巩固所学知识。

T:This lesson we learned a lot about environment protection knowledge.Please say a word about environmental protection.

教学反思:

在本节课中运用多媒体的教学手段给学生呈现了3段生活中的视频.分别是污染了的环境,不文明的行为,保护环境的做法。取材来源于生活更能引起学生们的共鸣,积极地运用英语这一语言工具进行交流反复操练了本课的重点句型“o u ght t o”与“o u gh t not t o”从而达到巩固并能灵活运用的目的。设计了给垃圾进行分类,计划集体的植树活动并做宣传,制作环保标语,每人说一句环保我能做什么。丰富多彩的活动让学生学习热情高涨,人人有话说,人人争着说,不但完成了教学任务而且培养学生爱祖国爱家乡,保护环境从我做起,从现在做起的主人翁意识。达到知识技能与德育教育双丰收。
