?CDUI relates with JAC DCT and in my opinion they can affect more on JAC DCT than what we thought before. This also ex-
plained why JAC seems to lean on us, because except for
JAC, no others like Hofer.
?CDUI will have an internal meeting end of Feb. with all OEMs to agree CDUI's DCT plan.
?Mr. Zhang is of state official style and Mr. Qian is the person who can affect Mr. Zhang and make the decision.
?Currently Ricardo, FIAT have replied that they will offer support on both development and manufacture.
?They will have an important meeting soon to make some deci-sions, the same information from JAC.

?We should pay more attention on the relation with CDUI. In china we can never neglect the power of government. Espe-

Party A has the right to cancel the contract with written notice to Party B under the following conditions.
