聚乳酸微球的应用及研究进展

摘要

本文主要阐述聚乳酸在载药领域的研究和应用。重点介绍了几种载药聚乳酸的载药方式和应用,其中包括聚乳酸微球、聚乳酸纳米微粒和聚乳酸纤维等。首先,介绍了聚乳酸微球的制备、降解和应用。其次,阐述了载药聚乳酸纳米微粒的制备方法和载药应用,并且介绍了聚乙二醇对聚乳酸纳米微粒的表面修饰和在国内的发展情况。最后,论述了静电纺丝制备载药聚乳酸纤维膜和载药聚乳酸超细纤维以及载药聚乳酸纤维膜和载药聚乳酸超细纤维的应用。

Abstract

This paper mainly expounds the research and application of the poly-lactic acid in the field of drug-loading. It is emphatically introduced several drug-loading poly-lactic drug-loading modes and application, including poly-lactic microspheres, poly-lactic acid nano-particles and poly-lactic acid fiber and so on. Firstly, this paper introduces the preparation of poly-lactic acid microspheres, degradation and application. Secondly, this paper expounds the poly-lactic acid drug-loading nano-particles drug-loading methods of preparation and application, and introduces the polyethylene glycol of poly-lactic nano particles and surface modification and development in domestic. Finally, the author discusses electro-spinning prepares drug-loading poly-lactic acid fiber membrane and drug-loading poly-lactic superfine fibers and poly-lactic acid fiber membrane drug-loading poly-lactic and the application of superfine fibers.
