胜任能力评估(年度等级)

0--Applicable- working time less than 3 month, have little opportunity to observe the performance不适用-当年工作未满3个月,未有许多机会观察到绩效。

1-- shows no effective behavior on the defined level 未有达到标准的有效行为

2-- inconsistent behavior 不一致的行为

3-- is very close to meet the defined level 离达到标准较接近

4-- meets the defined level 达到标准

5-- behavior exceeds the defined level 行为超过标准水平

00--Not applicable-working time less than 3 month, have little opportunity to observe the performance不适用-当年工作未满3个月,未有许多机会观察到业绩和行为。01--Unsatisfactory - results are below acceptable level for position不满意-绩效在可以接受的范围以下

02--Below expectation - just complete small part of the requirements, should try hard for obvious improvements只达到小部分要求,应通过努力以取得显著进步。

03--Meet expectation – achieve most of the performance and show qualified competencies for the position达成大部分业绩,并具备符合职位要求的胜任力

04--Exceed expectation – continuously working in Reis China for more than one year, over achieve performance and showing consistent behaviors连续工作满一年,超额完成业绩并表现出一致的行为。

05—Outstanding - continuously working in Reis China for more than one year, over achieve performance and has significant contributions.连续工作满一年,超额完成业绩并有杰出贡献。
