[摘要]目的探讨分析依达拉奉注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床疗效。方法选择该院自2013年6月—2015年6月期间收治的100例脑血栓患者，随机分为50例对照组和50例实验组，对照组采用常规治疗加依达拉奉注射液治疗，实验组在对照组患者治疗的基础上加用奥扎格雷钠，对比两组治疗前后DBP 、脑脊液压力以及神经功能缺损评分。结果经治疗后，两组患者DBP 实验组（72.3±4.3），对照组（88.3±3.1）；脑脊液压力实验组（1.38±0.31），对照组（1.72±0.36）；神经功能缺损评分实验组（9.5±3.2），对照组（14.9±3.8），实验组的上述指标均显著优于对照组（P <0.05）。实验组的总有效率为90%，显著高于对照组的总有效率62%（P <0.05）。结论达拉奉注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓形成的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。

[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Edaravone Injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treat -ment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods Choose from June 2013to June 2015of 100cases of cerebral thrombosis pa -tients,randomly divided into for 50cases of control group and 50cases in the experimental group,control group was treated with routine treatment of edaravone injection in the treatment of,the experimental group in the control of the patients in the treatment group based on the use of sodium ozagrel,compared to two groups of curative effect.Results After treatment,two groups of patients with DBP experimental group (72.3±4.3),control group (88.3±3.1);cerebrospinal fluid pressure experimental group (138±0.31),control group (1.72±0.36);neural function defect score experimental group (9.5±3.2),control group (14.9±3.8)in experimental group of above indexes were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).In experimental group,the total effective rate was 90%,total efficiency of 62%was significantly higher than that of control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect is significantly Dallas injection combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,is worthy of promotion.
