摘要:对ARToolKit标记检测时图像匹配相似度定量度量进行了研究,并将相对误差定量度量计算方法引入ARToolKit中,通过改进相对误差定量度量方法,提高了标记检测时图像匹配值计算精度,并通过实验进行分析和验证。

Analysis for Quantitative Measure about Similarity in Image Matching of ARToolKit

Abstract: The quantitative measure of similarity for image matching in ARToolKit markers detection is researched, and the the calculation method of quantitative measure about the relative error is introduced into ARToolKit, and improve the accuracy of image matching value in markers detection by improving the method of quantitative measure about the relative error, and analysis and verification by experiment.

1 概述

增强现实技术(Augmented Reality,简称AR)是在用户所处的现实环境的基础上加载虚拟场景,在现实场景的基础上扩展用户视觉,实现用户与虚拟以及现实之间的交互。因此增强现实技术的研究有着广阔的应用前景和商业价值。

ARToolKit是一套基于C语言及OpenGL的增强现实系统开发包,该工具包是最初由日本大阪大学的Hirokazo Kato博士于1999年在华盛顿大学人机接口实验室(HITLab)设计开发的[1-3]。
