我国精准扶贫法治化研究

Abstract

Targeted poverty reduction is a deep reform of poverty alleviation through the hard times,and the inevitable choice to improve efficiency.This strategic orientation established in theory of Common Prosperity,Power Restriction and Human Hights Protection.Since the reform and opening up,our country is committed to solving the problem of poverty.China has reduced poverty by over66million from2013to 2017.Decisive progress was made in tackling poverty.But there are still many problems that cannot be ignored：Lack of legal supply；A generic security administration；Serious administrative tendency；Low degree of legalization；Low legislative level；It is difficult to effectively protect human rights and constrain power.

I combed through the concepts and theories of targeted poverty alleviation,Elaborate on the necessity of the rule of precision poverty alleviation through multiple https://www.360docs.net/doc/0016398663.html,bining with the current legislation and practice of targeted poverty alleviation in China.To analyze the difficulties and shortcomings of the targeted poverty alleviation work in China and put forward suggestions on the basis of this.Accelerating the construction of a legal system for poverty alleviation,to provide strong legal protection for targeted poverty alleviation.
