材料说明：
- 以上所有文件提供彩色扫描件即可。
- 由中国机构颁发的证书须在中国公证处做中英文对照公证。
- 由澳洲机构颁发的证书须持证书原件和复印件，在澳洲当地找Justice of the Peace （太平绅士）在复印件上签字。
澳洲189独立技术移民签证申请流程
步骤1：自我评分，目前的合格分数为60分。
- 流程是：职业定位—选择评估机构评—职业评估—备考英语。
- 在澳洲学习2年及以上并且已经拿到学历的可以给移民申请加5分。
如果要拿到硕士的加分，必须拥有一个本科学位，或者你的硕士学位被评估为至少等同于澳洲本科学位（职业评估机构可以给出意见）。
步骤2：通过评估后，就可以递交EOI。
- 递交EOI最关键的两个条件是：完整的职业评估和雅思4个6。
- 申请材料的生效期一定要早于或者等同于EOI的生效日期（Date of Effect）。
比如：1月18号才能拿到职业评估结果，那你只能在1月18日当天或之后递交EOI。
- 每月第一轮邀请会在第一个星期一的凌晨，如果有第二轮邀请，会在第三个星期一的凌晨
步骤3：等待邀请
- EOI递交之后请耐心等待，随时留意邮件或在系统里查询进度。
需要说明的是，ID number不说明任何问题，相隔几天的人这个号码可能差距上万，大家不必担心。
步骤4：收到邀请
- 收到邀请后，点击“apply visa”选项，首先填表，然后网上交签证费，之后过一会，邮箱会受到acknowledgementletter 和Bridging visa( 针对在澳的申请人而言)。
- 所有材料均需原件扫描，非原件需要JP签字，然后上传。
上传时建议使用PDF格式，方便移民官阅读。
步骤5：申请签证
- 在收到邀请60天之内递交签证申请，过期作废。
步骤6：体检通知
- 体检有效期为1年，体检完会由医院直接网上传给移民局，不用担心。
