混合器分成二个区: 第一区为增湿区,工艺水以雾化的 形式喷到灰表面,使灰含湿量从1%增加 到5%左右。 第二区为混合区,在20kPa的流化 风及双轴搅拌叶片的共同作用下,使脱 硫循环灰与脱硫剂在混合器中充分混和 并流态化,成为“准流体”状态。增湿 混合后的循环灰通过导料板进入反应器。

华为OptiX OSN1500设备资料OptiX OSN1500智能光传输系统支持分组交换及传送,同时又继承了MSTP技术的全部特点,与传统SDH、MSTP网络保持兼容,融SDH/PDH、以太网、WDM、ATM、ESCON/FC/FICON、DVB-ASI、RPR、内置PCM等技术为一体的应用在接入和汇聚层的新一代集成型 2.5G/622M多业务智能光传输平台。

支持产品向智能光网络平滑演进。

主要应用于行业市场的接入层和汇聚层,并和OSN9560/OSN7500/3500/2500板件共享;OptiX OSN1500支持智能特性,可完成端到端的业务自动配置、SLA服务、流量工程,时隙碎片优化,Mesh时钟跟踪等,有效提高网络利用率。

OptiX OSN1500产品定位OptiX OSN1500采用“统一交换”架构,即可做为分组设备和TDM(Time Division Multiplexing)设备使用。

配合华为其他设备,OptiX OSN1500支持不同组网应用:纯分组模式应用、混合组网应用(分组模式和TDM模式叠加组网)和纯TDM 模式应用,实现数据业务和传统SDH业务的最佳处理。

OptiX OSN1500实现了在同一个平台上高效地传送语音、数据、存储网和视频业务。

OptiX OSN1500特点大容量调度具备高阶60G交叉能力,低阶20G交叉能力。

高集成度1500子架集成度:子架尺寸为221mm(高)×444mm(宽)×263mm(深),单子架具备12业务板位,4个接口板位。

完善的网络生存机制ASON保护支持分布式可恢复重路由保护;提供5类更细化的业务保护方案,根据不同SLA 提供:钻石级、金级、银级、铜级、铁级业务。

SDH保护支持2F/4F MSP、1+1/1:N MSP 、SNCP、DNI、SNCTP/SNCMP、共享光纤虚拟路径保护等。

数据业务保护:支持以太业务RPR环网保护,RSTP生成树保护;支持ATM业务VP-RING/VC-RING环网保护。
