Ideal Work enviornment
As the rapid development of the society,more and more people work in different places,and ideal work environment is important for people to work.Then what’s the ideal work environment? First,there should be a reasonable schedule,it helps employers to have a good rest.Second,there should be a comfortable environment,this makes employers feel comfortable in his work,it can also improve woke efficiency.What’s more,the boss ought to be reasonable and fair,it makes employers feelintimacy.
As far as I’m concerned,I think my ideal work environment should have a reasonable schedule,have a comfortable environment and have a sagacious boss.Only in ideal work environment can we try our best to do our work well.
A comfortable work environment, where we almost spend one-third of a day, is of great importa nce, for the reason that it is not just a place of hard work, it has been a large part of our life. In fact , whether a work environment is cosy or not has a big influence on our mood and work efficiency, which are closely related to our happiness, wealth and health. So to some extent, an ideal work en vironment do make a difference on our quality of life.
Then what make up an ideal work environment? Different people hold different opinions on this question, but elements below are widely accepted according to an investigation. Easy-going colle agues, a motive and favorable atmosphere, beautiful scenery are top three elements, from which w e can draw a conclusion that it is good human relationship and individual development that people take into account firstly when they choose a work environment.
As far as I am concerned, an ideal work environment should be composed of a culture full of lo ve and fairness, a sweet fragrance from the wild flowers and modern facilities both for work and entertainment. It is not only a place to make money, but also a paradise where we enjoy our life an d obtain personal improvement.。
