PLA简介

聚乳酸的简称(PLA)PLA是生物降解塑料聚乳酸的英文简写,全写为:polylactice acid聚乳酸也称为聚丙交酯(polylactide),属于聚酯家族。
聚乳酸是以乳酸为主要原料聚合得到的聚合物,原料来源充分而且可以再生,主要以玉米、木薯等为原料。
聚乳酸的生产过程无污染,而且产品可以生物降解,实现在自然界中的循环,因此是理想的绿色高分子材料。
聚乳酸的热稳定性好,加工温度170~230℃,有好的抗溶剂性,可用多种方式进行加工,如挤压、纺丝、双轴拉伸,注射吹塑。
由聚乳酸制成的产品除能生物降解外,生物相容性、光泽度、透明性、手感和耐热性好,还具有一定的耐菌性、阻燃性和抗紫外性,因此用途十分广泛,可用作包装材料、纤维和非织造物等,目前主要用于服装(内衣、外衣)、产业(建筑、农业、林业、造纸)和医疗卫生等领域。
PLA最大的制造商是美国NatureWorks公司,其次是中国的海正生物,他们目前的产量分别是7万吨和5千吨。
PLA有很多的应用,可以在挤出、注塑、拉膜、纺丝等多领域应用。
聚乳酸的制备1.1.合成方法总的来说,聚乳酸(PLA)的制备是以乳酸为原材料进行合成的。
目前合成方法有很多种,较为成熟的是乳酸直接缩聚法,另一种是先由乳酸合成丙交酯,再在催化剂的作用下开环聚合。
另外还有一种固相聚合法。
1)乳酸直接聚合法直接聚合法早在20世界30~40年代就已经开始研究,但是由于涉及反应中的水脱除等关键技术还不能得到很好的解决,所以其产物的分子量较低(均在4000以下),强度极低,易分解,没有实用性。
日本昭和高分子公司采用将乳酸在惰性气体中慢慢加热升温并缓慢减压,使乳酸直接脱水缩合,并使反应物在220~260℃,133Pa 下进一步缩聚,得到相对分子质量在4000以上的聚乳酸。
但是该方法反应时间长,产物在后期的高温下会老化分解,变色,且不均匀。
日本三井压化学公司采用溶液聚合法使乳酸直接聚合得到聚乳酸。
直接法的主要特点是合成的聚乳酸不含催化剂,因此缩聚反应进行到一定程度时体系会出现平衡态,需要升温加压打破反应平衡,反应条件相对苛刻。

生物降解增塑剂用于薄膜和其他软包装所用的聚 乳酸(PLA)中。DIBOP(内在可生物降解包装 材料开发)项目由 Aston 大学与特种化学品生产 商 Robinsons Brothers 公司合作完成,并有包装袋 和薄膜供应商欧洲包装公司(Europackaging)、从 事技术的 ThermoPrism 公司和 GSK 公司参与。该 DIBOP 项目得到英国政府可持续发展技术启动计 划的支持,它使常规硬 PLA 的柔性得以改进,将 它撕裂以前的延伸度可从 5%提高到 320%。这种 改性剂基于 PLA 与聚乙烯乙二醇(PEG)之间生 成的嵌段共聚物。这种改性的 PLA 可在混合料中 在 20~25 天内消失。这类增塑剂重要的一点是可 被生物降解,它们在产品中的用量为助剂的 10%~20%。在必须将它们与产品混合的催化剂体 系的属性方面也取得重要进展,已做到可控制这 类助剂的分子结构。该项目开发对 PLA-PEG 嵌段 共聚物合成所用的锡基催化剂实现了无毒替代, 新的钾基催化剂达到了共聚物的高效合成,对食 品工业包装应用具有安全性优点。在 DIBOP 项目 完成实验室试验之后,用于生产塑料袋的全范围 系统已经建立,同时该类助剂已实现工业规模生 产。据称,进一步研究的新的包装产品可望在 4~5 年内在市场上出现,也可能是在开发新的药品分 送系统中生物医药的重要应用。

Blow molding stationBlow molding stations are also a modular element in the InnoPET Blomax Series III machines with their mold hol-ders, outer and inner shells. They are available for all ma-chine sizes and are therefore exchangeable and cost-effec-tive. The compact new generation blow molding stations operate with a support wheel and cam-controlled ope-ning and closing mechanisms for increased stability and consistent bottle quality in high speed production. The pre-installed air recycling system AIRBACK automatically saves up to 100 percent of the air required for pre-blowing (recirculation from P2 to P1). PET material deformation athigher temperatures is reduced by the increase in ther-mal crystallisation. The so-called glass temperature of thematerial rises and enables Hotfill or pasteurisation withoutsignificant bottle deformation.The bottle is flushed with cooling air prior to extractionto stabilise the bottle in the blow mold.
