自考本科与普通高校专升本的区别
自考本科与普通高校专升本的区别专升本的分类第一类是普通高等教育专升本(俗称统招专升本)，即通过选拔各省当年应届普通高校全日制(统招入学)的专科毕业生(含五年制大专生)。
第二类是成人教育大类专升本。
包括成人高考专升本(业余，函授)、远程教育(网络教育)专升本、广播电视大学开放教育专升本、自考专升本。
今天主要就统招专升本与自考专升本区别来进行讲解。
什么是统招专升本统招专升本就是专插本或称“统招专升本“、“普高专升本”，“全日制专升本”，“3+2专升本”，还有其它称呼，如河南省称之普通高校专接本，江苏省称之普通高校专转本，广东省称之普通高校专插本，多数省份称之为普通高校专升本。
统招专升本分两阶段完成。
先完成专科阶段，再进行专升本阶段。
首先在普通高校完成统招专科学习，成绩优异者通过专升本考试，考取后，进入普通高校本科学习。
辽宁省的统招专升本是指省内普通高等教育应届专科毕业生(含成人高校录取的普通高等教育学生)通过一定的选拔程序进入省内普通本科院校接受普通本科教育的一种办学形式。
被录取的“专升本”学生注册后直接进入普通本科三年级学习，在普通本科院校学习两年(学制为五年制的专业需学习三年)，修完本科教学计划规定的学业，达到毕业要求的，颁发本科文凭;达到学校学位授予要求的，同时授予学士学位;派发本科就业报到证。
学习形式为普通全日制。
毕业时可以拿到与普通统招本科大学生一样的.毕业证和学位证。
什么是自考专升本已经获得了专科文凭的学生或者在读大专生，通过自考的方式拿到本科的毕业证。
高中毕业读自考本科分两阶段完成。
先完成专科阶段，再进行专升本阶段。
通常做法是先读成人高校的高升专/广播电视大学，取得专科毕业证后，然后完成自学考试的专升本。
也可在高升专阶段完成专升本科目考试。
自考本科是我国基本高等教育制度之一，成绩合格后由主考学院和高等教育自学考试委员会联合颁发大学毕业证书，国家承认学历，符合条件者由主考大学授予学士学位。

统招专升本招生简章

“十一五”时期，在省委、省政府的正确领导下，全省高等学校设置工作以服从、服务于经济社会发展和满足人民群众的需求为宗旨，科学把握发展节奏，适当控制招生增长幅度，相对稳定招生规模，各项改革和事业发展取得了重要进展。
——工作重心有效转移。
积极推进高等教育由“精英教育”向“大众化教育”跨越，全面实施《黑龙江省高等教育强省建设规划》（黑政发〔２００８〕６８号）和《黑龙江省教育为老工业基地振兴服务计划》（黑政办发〔２００５〕８号），高等教育综合实力显著增强，服务经济社会发展水平不断提高，为全省经济社会发展提供了有力的人才、智力和科技支撑，有效实现了高等教育重心由重视规模发展转向更加注重提高质量的目标要求。
据统计，全省普通本专科招生年均增幅由“十五”期间的１６．６％下降到“十一五”期间的２．５％，高等教育毛入学率由２００５年的２３．１６％提高到２０１０年的３３．９７％，高等教育大众化程度进一步提高。
５年来共为社会培养大学毕业生１２０万人，其中，研究生６．４万人，普通本专科生８０．５万人，成人本专科生２６．７万人，我省具有高等教育文化程度人口由２００５年的２４０万人提高到２０１０年的３５０万人，主要劳动年龄人口平均受教育年限９．５年，比２００５年提高了０．８年。

2018年我省普通⾼校专升本招⽣录取⼯作于4⽉16⽇开始，历时2天，⾄4⽉17⽇顺利结束。
今年全省共有58所⾼职（专科）院校的18819名考⽣报名，省教育厅下达4995个招⽣计划，涉及21所省内本科院校79个专业。
我省今年普通⾼校专升本录取采取平⾏志愿投档模式，省招考院根据本科院校各专业招⽣计划和考⽣成绩，按照“分数优先，遵循志愿”的原则，按科⽬组顺序从⾼分到低分依次投档，由招⽣院校按照择优录取的原则审查录取。
16⽇投档后，⼀次性完成全部招⽣计划。
因此，今年没有剩余招⽣计划，不再有征集补报志愿。
本次专升本录取，我们严格执⾏省教育厅的有关政策和规定，坚持公平、公正、公开的原则，切实维护了招⽣计划的严肃性，保证了专升本⽣源的质量，增强了我省专升本招⽣录取⼯作的公信⼒。
专升本分为两种类型：第⼀类是普通⾼等教育专升本（亦称统招专升本），考试对象仅限于各省、直辖市、全⽇制普通⾼校（统招⼊学）的专科应届毕业⽣。
个别省份的命名有所差别，如河北省称为普通⾼校专接本，⼴东省称为普通⾼校专插本，江苏省称为普通⾼校专转本，其余省份皆称为普通⾼校专升本。
第⼆类是成⼈⾼等教育专升本，其拥有四种途径：包括⾃考专升本、成⼈⾼考专升本（分业余和函授两种学习⽅式）、络教育专升本（远程教育）、开放⼤学（原⼴播电视⼤学）专升本。
