初始界面BF设为0900MHz,EF设为0930MHz,即设置波形的起止频段:△F设为1MHz,即频率移动的单位。
起止频率和单位频率可依据需要设置。
1、测环形器驻波:驻波:在不匹配的状况下,馈线上同时存在入射波与反射波。
在入射波与反射波相位相同的地方,电压振幅相加为大电压振幅V mx;而在相位相反的地方电压相减为小电压振幅V min,两者的比值即为电压驻波比SWR。
B:SWR是一个大于或等于1 的实数,通常用它表示匹配程度。
当SWR=1时,为全匹配,线上只载行波;当∞SWR1时,线上载行驻波;S越大,行波成分越小,驻波成分越大;S=∞时,线上的波为纯驻波。
在某些状况下〔如天线和微波器件、环形器、隔离器等〕,输入端的驻波比应尽可能的接近于1,以便提高传输线效率及削减击穿的危险。
C:用短接板校正,开路,测环形器的回损,SWR≥100即校准胜利。
D:测试接法:Ⅰ端接测试设备的信号测试端,Ⅱ接标准负载,Ⅲ端接水负载〔水负载需通满30℃左右的水,无气泡〕2、测环形器插损:插损:即为插入损耗,指微波元件或器件〔环形器或隔离器等〕未接入线路前,负载汲取的功率与插入该元件或器件〔环形器或隔离器等〕后负载汲取的功率之比。
常以接收信号电平的对应分贝来表示。
B:插入损耗是由该元件或器件〔环形器或隔离器等〕对电磁波的汲取和反射所致。
C:用同轴负载校正,直通,测插损,IL=0db为好D:测试接法:Ⅰ端接测试设备的信号测试端,Ⅱ端接同轴负载,Ⅲ端接标准负载。
E:环形器插损为负,负的越小越好,说明损耗越小;插损为-3db时,环形器功率损耗一半。
F:同轴线接XX络分析仪输入T端。
3、测环形器的隔离度:隔离度:对一些微波元件〔如双T接头、正交波导定向耦合器、铁氧体环形器等〕,通常将某一段的输入功率Psr与隔离端〔即理想状况下没有输出的一端〕的输出功率Psc之比成为隔离度R,并用分贝表示。

一、微波基础知识
按照国际电工委员会(IEC)的定义,微波 (Microwaves)是:
“波长足够短,以致在发射和接收中能实际 应用波导和谐振腔技术的电磁波”
微波是指:波长为1m至0.1mm,频率在 300MHz-3000GHz之间的电磁波或无线电波。
雷达工作频段隔离器环形器的选择

雷达的工作频率:雷达工作原理核心是雷达发射一定频率的电磁波,并接收目标反射回来的回波,根据回波判定目标的某些状态。
雷达发射的电磁波的频率就是它的工作频率。
雷达波段(radar frequency band) 指雷达发射电波的频率范围。
其度量单位是赫兹(Hz)或周/秒(C/s)。
大多数雷达工作在超短波及微波波段,其频率范围在30~300000兆赫,相应波长为10米至1毫米。
不同波段雷达的波长不同:1、波长短,分辨率高,穿透性差,容易被吸收;2、波长长,分辨率低,穿透性强。
不同波段的雷达功能搜索雷达,工作频段(VHF、UHF、L);搜索跟踪雷达,工作波段(L、S、C);火控、成像雷达,工作波段(C、X、Ku);弹载雷达,工作频段(X、Ku、K、Ka、V、U、W)。
雷达频率选择雷达虽然能在很宽的频率范围内工作,但不同频率具有不同的工作特性,适合不同的用途,因此在设计雷达时须慎重选择频率。
雷达频率对天线发射增益、天线有效接收面积(一定发射增益时)、发射功率、接收机噪声、传播损耗、气象回波等雷达性能的影响较为明显,在很大程度上决定了雷达的类型、作用距离、精度、分辨率、抗干扰能力、体积重量、机动性和费用等重要指标。
因此,雷达频率是雷达诸参数中最重要的参数。

微波基本参数的测量一、实验目的1、了解各种微波器件;2、了解微波工作状态及传输特性;3、了解微波传输线场型特性;4、熟悉驻波、衰减、波长(频率)和功率的测量;5、学会测量微波介质材料的介电常数和损耗角正切值。
二、实验原理微波系统中最基本的参数有频率、驻波比、功率等.要对这些参数进行测量,首先要了解电磁波在规则波导内传播的特点,各种常用元器件及仪器的结构原理和使用方法,其次是要掌握一些微波测量的基本技术。
1、导行波的概念:由传输线所引导的,能沿一定方向传播的电磁波称为“导行波"。
导行波的电场E 或磁场H 都是x 、y 、z 三个方向的函数.导行波可分成以下三种类型: (A ) 横电磁波(TEM 波):TEM 波的特征是:电场E 和磁场H 均无纵向分量,亦即: 0=Z E ,0=Z H 。
电场E 和磁场H ,都是纯横向的.TEM 波沿传输方向的分量为零。
所以,这种波是无法在波导中传播的。
(B) 横电波(TE 波):TE 波即是横电波或称为“磁波”(H 波),其特征是0=Z E ,而0≠Z H 。
亦即:电场E 是纯横向的,而磁场H 则具有纵向分量. (C) 横磁波(TM 波):TM 波即是横磁波或称为“电波”(E 波),其特征是0=Z H ,而0≠Z E 。
亦即:磁场H 是纯横向的,而电场E 则具有纵向分量。
TE 波和TM 波均为“色散波”。
矩形波导中,既能传输mm TE 波,又能传输mm TM 波(其中m 代表电场或磁场在x 方向半周变化的次数,n 代表电场或磁场在y 方向半周变化的次数)。
2、波导管:波导管是引导微波电磁波能量沿一定方向传播的微波传输系统,有同轴线波导管和微带等,波导的功率容量大,损耗小。
常见的波导管有矩形波导和圆波导,本实验用矩形波导.矩形波导的宽边定为x 方向,内尺寸用a 表示.窄边定为y 方向,内尺寸用b 表示。
10TE 波以圆频率ω自波导管开口沿着z 方向传播。

1.2 新型螺旋式 Marchand 巴伦
巴伦是实现宽带混频器的关键,常用的无源巴
伦结构有变压器巴伦、平行线巴伦以及 Marchand 巴 伦 [7,8]。为了减小耦合线所占的面积,本文采用螺旋
式 Marchand 巴伦,该巴伦不但拥有较宽的工作带宽, 其插入损耗也较小 。 [9,10]
线性变换,典型的非线性器件为肖特基势垒二极管,
本文采用 GaAs pHEMT 工艺的肖特基二极管作为混频
单元。肖特基二极管的特性主要由栅指和栅宽来决定,
栅指越多、栅宽越大,二极管的内阻越小,功率密度
越大,混频器的插损越小,但会产生较大的寄生电容。
在毫米波频段,为了减少寄生效应,混频器中二极管
常常选择较小的栅指和栅宽。对于本文设计的毫米波

0 引 言
混频器利用肖特基二极管的非线性特性实现对 信号的频率变换,在微波收发系统中实现频谱搬移, 是无线通信系统中最关键的元器件之一。在接收机中, 混频器将接收到的射频信号变频为较低频率的中频信 号,便于采样处理。在发射机中,利用混频器将中频 信号上变频为射频信号,由天线发射出去 。 [1-4]
