• ESNS共分为6级,数字越小则越灵敏,反 之,相反。 • ESNS(Expiratroy sensitivity)无论何种病 情都可以默认设为3。如果患者感觉吸气还 不够,呼吸机就转为呼气,那么灵敏度就 太高,应该适当降低,也就是选择较大的 数字;如果患者有呼气顶的感觉,那么灵 敏度就太低,应该提高灵敏度,也就是选 择较小的数字。
