二.单元教材分析
本单元的教学以“描述人的外貌”Describe People) 为话题,What does he look like ?为语言功能项 目展开.涉及到讨论人的身高、体形、发型、面部 特征及其着装等语言项目。以一种循序渐进的生 活化的学习程序,引导学生学会用英语介绍自己 或他人的外表特征。这些内容与学生的实际生活 密切相关,容易引发学生运用简单的英语进行交 际和交流,所以在学习活动中,学生能通过交换 对不同人物的描述及看法,促进学生之间和师生 之间的了解、情感交流,增进情谊。

(二)单元学情分析
知识基础:大部分学生具备了初步用英语交际的能
力,但少数学生对任务的完成仍有一定的难度。 思维能力:七年级学生有较强的记忆力和模仿能力, 注重学生知识扩展和运用的能力的培养。 谈论人的外表形象是人们日常生活中遇到的话题。 故学生会感到有兴趣。
三.教学方法和学习策略
1. 教学方法: (1)情景交际法 创设生活化的真实情境,然后在学习新的语 言知识后创造性地运用语言 (2)任务型语言教学法:设计多种任务活动,促使学生为完 成任务和同学进行合作,为完成任务进行探究学习。 (3)开放性教学策略:结合教材插入学生了解的感兴趣的明 星及其漫画图片、激发学生兴趣,丰富学生知识,拓宽他们 视野,实现知识的整合。 2.学习策略 依据:新课程标准倡导的感知-体验-实际-参与-合作 (1)自主学习:根据教学的设计意图要求,结合各教学环节 采用多样的教学方法和形式,不断的调动学生的兴趣。 (2)合作学习 。在活动中相互探讨、相互交流、相互合作, 从而获得知识、技能和情感体验,发展他们的能力。
