韩中是集初中、高中于一体的__中心学校,又名圣园。

初中的招生主要面对的是__镇各小学,而高中的招生则主要面对的是整个__区各中学。

学校师生共有一千余人,有教师一百多人,其中有三名市骨干教师以及多名__区骨干教师;有学生八百余人。

学校正处于教学改革的第三年,为提高教学效率,韩中引进了高效课堂教学模式,正在摸索前进中。

我在初二年级任实习英语教师一职,学校则为我们实习生安排了指导教师,我的指导教师是初二四班的班主任——董__老师,在半年的实习生活中,我随董老师一起跟班教学,向董老师学习班级管理以及英语教学技巧。

在这半年里,在董老师的指导下,我曾为初二3班、4班授课五节左右,课前,独立制作课件以及导学案;课中,董老师进行现场指导;课后,董老师指出问题并提出解决方法。

半年里,我曾参加了两次__区初二英语教研活动,第一次是开学初__区教研员对于新教材的分析;第二次是以听评课形式,关于初二英语写作课的教研活动。

此外还参加了本校的一次教研活动,此次教研活动是针对我们两个英语实习生,由我们进行教学设计,教研组其他成员提出意见与建议。

除了教研活动,学校还组织过一次同课异构教学活动,与房山二中进行交流学习。

除了在初中的教学工作。

我们还在高一年级担任了一个月的见习班主任工作,以辅导晚自习形式参与班级管理。

因指导教师是班主任,所以我有幸参与了班级布置工作,陪学生参加情。

景剧比赛,以及社会实践活动。

还在初二年级担任活动课教师,带学生参加课下业余活动。

在生活方面,学校除了每月的生活补贴外,为照顾我们实习生的特殊情况,一日三餐免费。

住宿和其他教师一样,住在教师公寓,电器齐全。

教师公寓的其他教师也对我们非常友好;在工作方面,实习学校领导给予了一定的关注,但对于实习生的后期工作安排,学校缺少计划性,导致实习生很少有实践机会,在实习学校无事可做。

Their friendship pushes me grasp the truth of life that we cannot live a wonderful and content life without our intimate friends, because friendship is an indispensible part in our whole life and it is beyond compare. Even we could misunderstand with each other; we will make it up finally. At the same time, when we enjoy this TV series, we have learned the standard expression of oral English. For example, a guy who has the potential to break our hearts and plunge us into a pit of depression that means the man who has ability to make woman grieved. I also remembered some available words and phrases, such as fabulous means that it is very good and excellent; crave for is the meaning of dying for; tit for tat and so on. I would not get helpful knowledge, if I didn’t watch Friends.I’m pleased to find an interesting and effective way to improve oral English in the oral English practice course.
