那么，什么是仪容仪表呢？仪容，通常是指人的外观外貌，重点指容貌。在人际交往中，每个人的仪容都会引起对方的特别关注，并影响到对方对自己的整体评价。仪表，包括人的形体、容貌、健康状况、姿态、举止、服饰、风度等，是人举止风度的外在体现。这样看来仪容仪表的意义补课小视。我觉得在当今社会至少具备以下三方面的意义：一、是评价个人形象的综合指标一个人的形象有先天形象和后天形象之分，先天形象就是我们通常说的长相，后天形象就是我们通常说的素养或称修养。愚蠢的人重在长相，聪明的人中修养，明智的人内外兼修，即重视仪容仪表，重视通过文化学习来提高自己的修养。当今社会物质生活水平提高了，文化生活日益繁荣、丰富。在这个“人不怕出名猪不怕壮”的时代，文化多元发展，社会上所流行的所谓“时尚元素”影响到学校这一方净土。曾几何时，我们的学生开始在头发上做文章，或染的五颜六色，或剪成无名飞行物，还有的同学吧“文章”写成了“长篇”：衣服上“披金”脖子上“戴银”，一副珠光宝气的“装老相”。还有的同学在耳朵上打孔，五官没向你争功你却给它戴上枷锁。我曾在我的空间日志里感叹这种场景：“耳戴金钉，手拿cellphone，欲与成人试比高。须周末，看奇装异服，分外妖娆。”这样的学生，你根本没把心思放在学习上，企图用这种怪异的形象来掩盖自己思想素养上的幼稚和无知，是该“猛回头”的时候了，你身边的师长、同学期待你的“华丽转身”。
