八年级下册英语教学工作总结
时间总是在充实的工作中转瞬即逝。
在过去的时光中,有过辛酸,有过欢乐,有过彷徨,也有收获,在荆棘中坎坷而行。
在学校领导的关心帮助下,在老师们的大力支持下,我完成了我的本职工作。
为了能在以后的工作中更好地发挥自己的优势,及时总结经验,吸取教训,现将工作总结如下:
本学期,我担任八年级的英语教学工作。
经过一年的学习,少部分学生基本上会说简单的对话,看懂简单的英文读物,但大部分学生基础很差,单词基本不会。
他们不敢开口讲英语,更不懂英文写作,再加上本国语影响,这些学生要学好英语很不容易。
英语是中学生的一门主课,无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它,但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥,学起来吃力,甚至有不少学生放弃了它。
究其原因,是学生对英语学习的接触面小,听、说、练习机会少,以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素,使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理,这使我不得不改进教学方法。
一、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念
学生是学习的主体,老师不能代替学生,老师只能让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。
于是我改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
二、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说,初中生比小学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。
师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。
所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。
我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。
上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新。
课后我却成为他们的好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。
三、严谨治学,保持良好的教学态度
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。
教师的一言一行,无时无刻不在影响着学生。
所以我提高自己的思想觉悟,做到爱岗敬业,学而不厌,为人师表,还
要保持良好的教态。
老师的教学语言和教学态度对学生的学习有直接的影响。
老师的教学态度好,学生就喜欢,他们听课的兴趣就高,接受知识也快。
如我介绍新句型时,我利用语言的轻重,语调的高低,和一定的动作表情,尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。
当学生回答问题时,我的表情变得自然亲切,使学生他们感到老师对他们的信任,这样学生就增添了勇气,就能大胆地回答问题。
四、积极创造语言情景
八年级英语这本教材充分吸收了国际上新的外语教学理念和实践经验,注重对学生综合语言能力的培养和训练。
教材图文并茂,安排了大量生动有趣的活动内容,使英语学习变得容易而有趣。
教材围
绕着实用的话题,逐步开展教学内容和实践活动,符合中学生的年龄、心理特征和学习语言的规律。
它强调运用任务型教学法把探究性学习引入外语学习中,使学生主动融入创造性的、有意义的整体语言学习中。
所以我想方设法创设语言情景以激发学生的求知欲,从而提高他们的学习兴趣。
在听与说中培养语言能力,在听与说中激发学生的热情和兴趣。
总之,本人在过去的一年中,有过收获,也有失落。
我深知自己仍需努力,应多向其他老师求教,虚心学习。
努力做到对差生多些关心,多点爱心,再多一些耐心,使他们在各方面有更大进步。
利用各种方法,训练学生提高、集中注意力。
在教学上下功夫,努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。
我会继续做好教育教学的本职工作,为成为一名优秀的英语老师而努力。
