网上样机处理系统的构想与实施
[目的]
1.现在样机申请的数量及机种越来越多,产品管理室每天都需花费较大的精力去处理样机
申请单。而且各个部门传递的过程中有时会产生申请单遗失现象,不仅影响了正常的提供样机
时间,而且也不利于信息的及时反馈。网上样机处理系统有利于申请单的处理:提高样机处理
[结论]
通过各部门功能的定义与实施,可以实现样机申请在网上的有效运转,最终更好的为营业部
客户经理和国际营业部项目经理服务。

二、各部门开设的功能:
与PDM及ORACLE数据库、Access数据库相结合,从而能够使处理样机申请更加完善。
三、在样机申请单运行过程中,由于某些原因需要取消样机申请单,由产品管理室对样机申
请单进行失效。失效后的样机申请单将不再显示于当前查询之中,其编号不被取消,而可通过对
失效的样机申请单的查询来完成收索。
四、如客户经理需修改内容或取消样机申请单,可对该样机申请单提出修改申请,由产品管
理室进行修改。
样机和协议书的完成
警,发送信息至客户经理及产品管理室(如为产品管理室所填日期超期限,发送信息至客户经理),
客户经理如接受该日期,可取消报警,或加说明;如客户经理不接受该日期,选择拒绝,系统将
信息返回至设计部门及产品管理室。
二、协议书或样机发送日期超过了设计部门或产品管理室预定的时间,系统也将自动报警,
发送信息至客户经理及产品管理室(如责任部门为设计部门,同时发送信息至设计部门)。系统
样机申请单的修改及取消
一、产品管理室对机种等存有异议,可在确认栏加以修改。系统将信息返回给相应的客户经
理。
二、如设计部门部长对样机申请单存有异议,可加批注后返回产品管理室,由产品管理室协
调后再转移至相应的设计部门。(如有修改,将修改后的样机申请单转移至相应的设计部门。同
时,系统将信息返回给相应的客户经理和回复。
2.让相关部门及时了解样机处理情况:1)产品经理可以通过了解样机目前所在的环节,
根据样机的紧迫程度,调整相应的计划或是和产品管理室联系以重新确定新的方案,增强相互
的沟通。2)产品管理室可以将样机申请单迅速转到相关部门,避免可能由于事务繁忙而来不及
处理以及疏忽造成的延时。
单进行传递至相应的科室或是相应的担当。担当在完成对样机及协议书制作日期的确认后提交至
主管,科长或部长批准后成为可查询的对象。2.可查询本部门的样机申请单情况。
