今天参加六年级毕业班研讨会，紧张、紧迫的感觉就来了，时间过的很快，怎样在最后的时间段里，取得最好、最理想的效果，是我们大家都在思考的问题。
今天在这里从各位优秀的老师那里学到了很多，虽然学科不同但道法相同，为我今后的复习指明了道路，下面就六年级英语的实际情况谈一谈我的复习设想。
一、现状分析
我现教六年级两个班的英语，在学习方面：两个班的英语总体水平差不多，特优的学生较少，水平中等居多，差生非常的差。
在管理方面，人数较多监管难度大，经常不按时完成任务的学生比较多，督促他们是一件非常头疼的问题。
复习的时间段正直春夏交际，学生疲惫，懒散，抵抗的情绪较多。
二、英语复习内容
复习内容：小学三年级至六年级所学的内容知识。
复习重点：以五年级和六年级知识为主要复习内容。
复习要求：1.注意复习的全面性。
2.要特别关注后进生。
3.按系统复习。
4.注意重难点。
5.以练为主，综合练习为主
6.重视学生的反馈信息。
三、具体措施
（一）全面复习抓基础，帮助学生全面地系统地复习所学过的知识。
1.过好语音关，使之转化为学生自己的能力。
48个音标应作为首要复习的重点，其中26个字母中，以5个元音字母尤为重要。
音标本身就是个比较系统跟枯燥的内容，如果一味地满堂灌，效果肯定不尽如人意。
对此，我觉得可以跟单词结合起来。
单词是学习英语的基础，而音标又是学习单词的基础，这样针对课本上要求掌握的重点单词，全部注上音标，反复操练，让学生从中发现并总结规律。
真正达到根据单词认音标，通过音标读单词的能力。
2.过好单词、词组关
单词在学习英语中的重要性好比汉字在学习语文中的重要性。
要想学好英语，尽可能的多认识单词是必须的。
根据小学生的年龄特点及记忆与遗忘的规律，反复记忆不易遗忘，可以采取不同方法；(1)按词性归类；(2)按类别归类；(3)按所含元音字母组合归类。
加强单词的朗读与默写，给学生明确的任务，对于个别学困生来说，可以区别对待，适当降低难度。
词组是学习英语的关键。
它是复习单词的良好途经，又是学习句子的基础，把每个单元的词组划出，让学生抄写并背读。
3.过好句子关
通过几年的英语学习，学生已经掌握了一定数量的句型
及日常交际用语，大多数学生已经能自如地运用这些句子，归纳每课的重点句子，试卷上出现的重点词组，抄在本子上，每天读几次，并仿写，有目的的让学生通过多读来熟悉。
为了增加趣味性，也可以让学生两人一组进行速记，谁表现得最好，就给谁适当的奖励，等等。
4.时态。
对于一般现在时，一般过去时，一般将来时和现在进行时这四种时态进行归类比较复习。
总而言之，要把单词、词组、句子和短文作为一个有机整体，在复习过程中将它们紧密结合起来，合理安排教学内容，提高学生整体运用知识的能力。
(二)以听说读写为主要途径，指导学生在复习的过程中获得综合能力的提高。
要让学生多读，在紧张的复习阶段同样不忘培养学生朗读英语的习惯，所有单词、词组、句子等都是阅读材料，都要指导学生朗读，要让学生在多读多说的基础上不断提高学生听和写的能力。
听说读写几方面不要相互独立，要有机结合，才能相辅相成。
(三)注意复习过程中的趣味性，充分调动学生的学习积极性。
因为我们有一部分学生对英语学习因没有信心而缺乏兴趣，在复习时要选择合适的内容，把内容和形式有机结合，注意控制好知识的难度，要让学生有获得成功的机会和感受，尽量提高他们的兴趣，使他们也能投入到较紧张的复习中，并能在复习中取得进步。
(四)注意因材施教，采用分层分类教育，帮助不同层次的学生获得不同的提高和收获。
因我校学生两极分化现象极为严重，因此在复习过程中，我将对不同层次的学生提不同的要求。
对基础较差的同学重点放在基础知识的复习上，对于一部分尖子生重点放在能力的培养和知识的综合运用上。
(五)注意做好学生的心理放松工作。
从思想上为他“减负”，使其能在平静宽松的氛围中进行有序的复习，较好地完成学习任务；而对于学习困难且心理焦虑烦躁的同学更要给予特别的关爱，还要不断地鼓励赏识他们，同时要给他们适当地减压，使他们也能保持较好的情绪投入到紧张的复习中，并能尽最大努力取得最好效果。
(六)学习管理方面
1．加强课堂管理，提高40分钟课堂效率，
2．对学生进行分层管理，培养特优生，除了课堂还要针对性的布置一些课外辅导，引导他们自学，解答疑难问题，让他们有更高层次的发展。
3．差生，加强基础知识的辅导，鼓励为主，多关心帮助他们，知道改变学习方法。
4．集中抓好边缘生，临界生。
