Use of cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock .3) Personal Safetya) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool. Do not use power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off position before plugging in. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or plugging in power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.d) Remove any adjusting keys or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key that is left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair,clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Looseclothes, jewellery, or long hair can be caught in moving partsg) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilitys, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of these devices can reduce dust related hazards.4) Power tool Use and Carea) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.b) Do not use power tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.d) Store idle power tools out of reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are cause by poorly maintained power tools.g) Use the power tools, accessories and tool bits ect., in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of power tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Please grasp the plug of power cord while plugging in or out the plugs of connecting cord of Electric Screwdriver and powercord.3. In case of the Controller is overheated or overloaded with maximum current rating of fuse, the high-speed fuse will be melt downand cut off the power. If the Controller continues to jump off or has an abnormal switching reaction, please stop the operation immediately and send back the Controller for repair.7. When Electric Screwdriver is running, if slides Forward/Reverse Switch instantly, device will generate the protection program toforce Electric Screwdriver stop.8. Please do not disassemble Electric Screwdriver casually and try to repair it by self.9. When Controller is not in use, please turn the main power switch OFF and unplug the power.10. 1.電源供應器及電動起就每日擦拭,擦拭時禁止轉動扭 力調整鈕; 2.電動起子扭力依据作業標準書要求之頻度進行點檢, 若有工程變更需重新測定; 3.起子頭每周檢視一次,磨損嚴重時更換; 4.電動起子馬達內部之碳刷每周檢視一次,磨損嚴重時 更換; 5.電動起子避免從高處掉落,而損傷扭力調整机构或齒 輪組; 6.起子不用時,涂防銹油保養.

現象描述:螺絲與部品存在間隙且不平行 的現象. 判定基準:螺絲傾斜不可.
鎖付不良現象
螺絲鬆動、滑牙
現象描述:螺絲多次鎖入或螺孔來料與螺孔型 號不符或過小,造成螺絲無鎖付的現象. 判定基準:螺孔滑牙、螺絲鬆動不可.
螺孔裂
現象描述:螺絲多次鎖入或螺孔來料與螺孔型 號不符或過大,造成螺孔發裂的現象. 判定基準:原則上裂不可.
鎖付不良現象
螺絲打花、生銹
現象描述:鎖付時作業不當造成的打花現象及 螺絲被氧化造成生銹. 判定基準:外觀面為NG,非外觀面時依客戶要求.
螺絲用錯、螺絲欠鎖付
現象描述:作業者作業失誤造成螺絲用錯、螺 絲欠鎖付. 判定基準:螺絲用錯、欠鎖付不可
5.握住電動起子微向下施力,食指啟動開關即鎖付; 6.起子工作停止轉動,螺絲与工作物緊密結合,食子放 松,起子放下;

电动起子操作规程一．适用范围：电动起子二．作业前准备：2.1检查电压是否正常。
2.2根据被锁螺丝的形状，配备好起子头。
2.3调置好被锁付产品的扭力三．操作方法：3.1接上或卸下起子头时，以指尖将起子帽向上推。
3.2插入电源并将开关设在“ F”位置，装上起子头，预先调整锁紧螺丝所需扭力段的位置。
3.3手按开关压板式起动，按扣板机拉向自已的方向，然后开关就会打开“ON来启动马达运转，开始操作锁螺丝。
当螺丝锁付超出设定扭力时，离合器会自动打滑，起子头停止转动，作业完成。
3.4当手按开关压板放开时，起子电源就关闭，马达停止工作，如此重复操作可继续使用，如要松开螺丝时，开关应放在“ R”置，按上述操作即可完成。
3.5调整扭力由底部之扭力调整环来调整，其机身本身段数并不代表输出扭力值，以扭力表来表示。
3.6 起子头调整扭力段数和本身输出扭力关系，如图：扭力表表示：8 ------ | ----- 20KG.f6 ------ | ----- 15KG.f4 ------ | ----- 10KG.f2 ------ |5KG.f 扭力对照表四．注意事项：4.1在插头插座以前，应使开关定位OFF注意电源电压是否适合该机使用，当螺丝机不使用或断电时应将插头拨开。
4.2使用时，不要把扭力调整设定超过刻度段数“8。
”4.3在更换起子头时，一定要将电源插头拨离电源插座，且关闭螺丝刀电源。
4.4使用时，不要故意丢或摔撞击此螺丝刀。
五．维修及保养：5.1每天作业完成后，应清洁保养，以保寿命（不作记录）5.2连续使用时间过长，导致马达发热时应停止使用，待完全冷却后方可使用。

③将螺丝对准螺丝孔，并轻轻用力向下垂直壓住（按压力度以不使螺丝产 生压痕为准）；保持电批-螺丝-被锁付部品（部组）垂直，再次按下起动 开关，螺丝旋入，当达到设定力矩时，电批自动停止转动（发出“咔”的 声音，并有振动感）。 操作方法如下圖所示：

由于电批在启动及运转时内部马达会产生电火花，易造成着 火、触电等危险，且其高速、高力矩运转，容易造成人身伤害， 故在使用时请勿必遵守以下事项： 1、不可令电批中进入水或其他化学溶剂，以免造成短路。 2、电批附近不可堆放易燃易爆之气体、液体。 3、电批使用时，不要令身体各部位接触已接地的金属壳表面， 以免触电。 4、未经操作资格认证者不可操作电批。 5、头发须完全遮掩在工帽内，衣服、项链等不可松散，以免 被旋转时的电批头缠绕。 6、选用合适的电批头，并定期对电批及批头进行保养和检查， 以确保其可以正常使用。 7、螺丝锁定前须将零件固定好，方可进行锁付，否则会损坏 部品或造成人身伤害。

①将转向开关切换到(正转)的位置;如果螺丝为左螺丝时,则开关切换至( 反转)的位置。 ②用食指按下起动开关，令电批头旋转，在螺丝盘中将一螺丝吸附在电批 头尖部（新电批头使用前，需先接触强磁铁，使其具有磁性），并松开起 动开关。如遇到批头与螺丝沟槽吻合不佳时，须用手进行调节。 吸附螺丝方法如下圖所示：

若非合格维修技师,请勿尝试修理本电动螺丝起子使用电动螺丝起子时,应遵守下列基本安全措施,以避免失火、触电和人身伤害等危险。
1. 工作场所要保持干净。
杂乱的区域及工作场所易造成伤害。
2. 注意工作场所的环境。
勿将电动螺丝起子或其配件暴露在雨中,潮湿环境中或者水边,工作场所应照明良好。
不要在易爆环境,如有易燃液体,气体或粉尘的环境下操作电动螺丝起子。
3. 闲人勿近。
除非指派,勿让他人任意操作此电动螺丝起子。
配合电动螺丝起子的插座须与电动起子插头相配合。
自行改换插头或者破坏插头原有功能,将增加触电危险。
4. 收好不使用的工具。
不使用此电动螺丝起子时应将其收好,存放于干爽安全处。
5. 勿强压电动螺丝起子。
为确保电动螺丝起子之功能及安全性,使用时请勿强压之。
6. 使用正确机型的电动螺丝起子。
勿以小型电动螺丝起子或附件去操作须以重型电动螺丝起子完成的工作。
勿使用此电动螺丝起子于非其设定之用途,如:钻孔等。
7. 操作此电动螺丝起子时要穿著适宜。
勿穿著太宽松之衣物或珠宝,以免遭工具勾扯而造成危险。
8. 小心使用电源线。
不可使用电源线拉提电动螺丝起子,或将电源线从插座猛拉开。
避免电源线接触到热源、油污或化学剂等物品,或磨擦到尖锐的物品边缘。
9. 固定工作物。
作业员应将工作物固定,安全操作电动螺丝起子。
10. 细心维护工具。
定期检查电动螺丝起子的电源线,遇有损坏应由指定之服务部门修理;机身需保持干净,避免油污弄脏。
11. 拔掉电动螺丝起子的插头。
