肖像权授权书

2. 授权人同意受托人在使用授权人肖像时，可对授权人肖像进行必要的编辑、修改，以适应不同用途。
二、授权期限本授权书自签订之日起生效，有效期为五年。
授权期满后，如授权人未提出书面终止授权，本授权书自动续期五年。
三、授权费用授权人同意，受托人在使用授权人肖像过程中，无需支付任何费用。
但如因受托人使用授权人肖像而产生收益，受托人应将收益的百分之十作为报酬支付给授权人。
四、肖像权保护1. 受托人在使用授权人肖像时，应尊重授权人的肖像权，不得侵犯授权人的名誉权、肖像权等合法权益。
2. 受托人在使用授权人肖像时，不得恶意篡改、毁损授权人肖像，不得以任何形式侮辱、诽谤授权人。
3. 如因受托人使用授权人肖像造成授权人名誉权、肖像权等合法权益受到侵害，受托人应承担相应的法律责任。
五、保密条款1. 双方对本授权书的内容负有保密义务，未经对方同意，不得向任何第三方泄露。
2. 本授权书签订后，授权人同意受托人对其肖像权使用情况负有保密义务，未经授权人同意，不得向任何第三方泄露。
六、争议解决1. 本授权书签订过程中，如发生争议，双方应友好协商解决。
2. 如协商不成，任何一方均可向授权人所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
七、其他1. 本授权书一式两份，双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
