二、所教班级学生基本情况分析：我任教八年级一、二两个教学班，一班共有学生62人，其中一部分学生基础比较差，并且不求上进。

两班均由于基础不平衡，所以两极分化已渐出现。

通过一年的英语学习，大部分同学具备了必然的英语根基，并掌握了基本的学习方法，大多数学生已具备了最基本的英语听说读写能力。

但由于各种因素的影响，学生发展参差不齐，有少数学生不太喜欢英语，不少学生口语表达和听力相对较弱，这给教学带来不少困难。

为了更好地搞好八年级英语教学，提高学生的英语水平，在制定本计划和设计教案的时候，必须做到以学生的兴趣为中心，促使学生积极思维并自觉地吸收和创造性地使用所学语言知识。

另外，所教班的学生在情感态度学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。

例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流；有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性；不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、教学要求对自己的要求：1.激发学生英语学习兴趣、创设情境，使学生想学、爱学并且学好英语2.认真专研教材和课标，精心备课，认真上好每一堂课。

确定每堂课的基础内容，预备内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求。

3.及时对所学知识做好巩固测验计划每周结束一个单元讲授，并结合学生的学习及掌握的具体情况，及时进行随堂检测、课后练习、单元测验等强化巩固练习，以确保学生对每单元知识掌握的更加安稳4.关注每个学生，不放弃任何一名学生，提高学生整体英语水平通过观察发现同一个班级学生英语水平相差很大，所以，讲堂上争取给每一位学生发言的机会，让每一名学生都参与到英语学习中来，并做好英语较差学生的课后辅导工作5.教给学生阅览分析方法，并设立问题让他们自己查找、阅览材料，提高阅览能力6.不断学习，加强自身素质和业务能力的提高。
