Unit 1 Topic 1 Section C in Grade Eight 教学设计一. 教材分析该话题包括A, B, C, D四个部分，Section A谈论了运动计划，Section B 谈论了运动爱好及梦想，Section C将计划、梦想付诸实践行动，并谈到了参与各种运动的意义。
通过介绍Ann的运动习惯，呈现了重点短语：spend…(in) doing sth. / spend… on sth, be good at, take part in等。
通过Ann主动参与校运会，引出本课重点句型：There is going to be …，在谈论运动的意义时，运用了It’s good for … 句型等。
为了学以致用，本课要求学生能模仿Ann的运动习惯，写出自己的一周运动安排并付诸行动，鼓励学生积极参与学校运动会等各种体育锻炼，将热爱运动的精神潜移默化地渗透到课堂教学中。
二. 学情分析八年级的部分学生对英语学习开始失去信心，参与课堂的积极性不高，所以为了提高课堂教学的有效性，我在教学设计中融入“Apple Down”的单词游戏，参与课堂活动加分的环节，看图片学做儿童瑜伽等活动来刺激学生学习英语的热情和积极性。
三.教学目标1. 语言能力(1). 掌握单词：jump, exercise, baseball, part, weekend；(2). 理解和应用短语：spend…(in) doing sth. / spend… on sth. be good at, take part in；2. 学习能力(1). 学会运用阅读技巧(skimming and scanning)：准确找出文中的关键信息和主题；(2). 提高解决问题的能力；3. 思维品质能将自己和文本主人翁平时的运动状况相对比，反思自己缺乏锻炼，今后应加强运动。
4. 文化品格(1). 拥有团队合作精神，积极参与小组合作，互帮互助地完成学习任务；(2). 积极响应国家阳光体育运动项目的号召，积极投身于各种体育锻炼中，增强体质，为成为社会主义建设者和接班人打下坚实的健康基础。
