螺杆式制冷压缩机组使用说明1.概述1.1产品特点、用途及使用条件螺杆式制冷压缩机组的主要特点是:排气温度低,可以在大压力比下单机运行;容积效率高;易损件少,运转周期长,使用安全可靠;振动小,运转平稳;能量可以无级调节等。
其使用条件是:冷凝温度:≤43℃蒸发温度:-40~+5℃排气温度:≤105℃喷油温度:25~65℃喷油压力:高于排气压力0.15~0.3MPa1.2产品型号的组成及其代表意义,型号有大写汉语拼音字母和数字组成:图1螺杆式制冷压缩机组命名方式2.螺杆式制冷压缩机组的组成及工作原理螺杆式制冷压缩机组包括:螺杆式制冷压缩机、气路系统、油路系统和控制系统,这些设备(除启动柜之外)装在同一公共底座上,构成机组。
气路系统包括:吸气截止阀、吸气过滤阀、吸气止回阀、排气止回阀、排气截止阀等。
油路系统包括:高效油分离器、油冷却器、油粗过滤器、油泵、油精过滤器、恒压阀、回油过滤器等。
控制系统包括:启动柜、控制台。
典型螺杆式制冷压缩机组流程图见附图1(液氨冷却)2.1螺杆式制冷压缩机螺杆式制冷压缩机是回转式容积型压缩机,依靠气体进入机体后体积的缩小室气体密度急剧增加而使气态制冷剂压力升高。
螺杆式制冷压缩机的机体内装有两只相互啮合的平行转子-----阳转子和阴转子。
具有凸齿的转子为阳转子,通常它与原动机连接,功率由此输入。
具有凹齿的转子称为阴转子。
当阳转子转动时,两转子的齿部相互插入到对方的齿槽内,随着转子的旋转,插入的长度越来越大,容纳气体槽的容积越来越小,从而达到压缩气体制冷剂的目的。
在阴、阳转子的下部,装有一个由油缸内油活塞带动的能量调节滑阀,由电磁(或手动)换向阀控制,可以在10%--100%范围内实现制冷量的无极调节,并能保证压缩机始终处于低能级启动,以达到较小的启动扭矩,滑阀的工作位置可通过能量传感机构转换为能量百分数,并且在机组的控制盘上显示出来。
为使压缩机正常工作,需要向压缩机内喷油。
向压缩机工作腔喷油,可以起到密封和冷却的作用;轴承、轴封、平衡活塞的工作也需要提供润滑油。

1.2 使用范围本系列机器和机组是根据已成熟的技术和公认的安全规则生产的。

2.1 机身压缩机的机身是包括曲轴箱、中间体铸成的整体,其材质为高强度铸铁铸成。
2.2 曲轴曲轴用稀土球墨铸铁铸成,支承在曲轴箱中的两个轴承上,两列曲拐相差180度。
曲轴一端的飞轮通过皮带与电动机联接,另一端通过超越离合器带动齿轮油泵。
曲轴内钻有输油孔,是连杆大头轴承和小轴瓦头润滑油必经通路。

按照压缩机冷却水进出管尺寸及流量要求,将符合条件耐压合适的冷却水用的水管联接到压缩 机上。
进水总管上用户要安装水过滤器,以过滤水中的主要杂质,保证压缩机的正常运行。此外进出 水总管路上要安装放水阀,进水总管路上要安装截止阀。进出水总管安装见图 7。

缩机经过预检、处于正常状态时方可进行。
注意!
尽管压缩机在出厂前已进行了全面的出厂试验,运输前也作了充分的检查,但不
能排除运输过程中的损坏。因此,在压缩机初次使用之前必须重新认真检查压缩机。
此外,在初次使用的前几个小时运行过程中,必须仔细观察压缩机运行情况。
4.1 拆除掉运输过程中用来定位、固定的紧固件。 4.2 再次紧固电控中所有接线端。 4.3 检查电控、仪表等是否松动或损坏。 4.4 检查管件、管接头是否开裂或松动。 4.5 检查外接电缆是否正确,是否符合安全规程的要求。 4.6 检查电机过载继电器整定值是否正确。LGWD-42/8 型螺杆压缩机主电机过载继电器整定值为 4.7A,风扇电机过载继电器整定值为 3.2A。 4.7 检查齿轮箱中的润滑油高度,正常情况下油位应在上视镜可见,并在其 1/2 以下(参看图 11)。

压缩机应安装在低温、干燥的室内场所,避免室外安装。 工作环境要求通风良好,环境温度必须保证在 0~40℃之间。 要避免热的排风被循环吸入压缩机内,可采取将热的排风引至室外,或通过引管直接从室外吸 风的措施。
