The lunar exploration-orbiting spacecraft Chang'e 1 is named after her.Accordingtolegend, Chang'e andher husbandHouyi were immortals livinginheaven. One day, the ten sons of the Jade Emperor transformed into ten suns, causing the earth to scorch. Having failed to order his sons to stop ruining the earth, the Jade Emperor summoned Houyi for help. Houyi, using his legendary archery skills, shot down nine of the sons, but spared one son to be the sun. The Jade Emperor was obviously not pleased with Houyi's solution to save the earth: nine of his sons were dead. As punishment, the Jade Emperor banished Houyi and Chang'e to live as mere mortals on earth.Seeing that Chang'e felt extremely miserable over her loss of immortality, Houyi decided to journey on a long, perilous quest to find the pill of immortality so that the couple could be immortals again. At the end of his quest he met the Queen Mother of the West who agreed to give him the pill, but warned him that each person would only need half the pill to become immortal.Houyi broughtthe pill home andstoreditina case. He warnedChang'e nottoopen the case and then left home for a while. Chang'e became too curious: she opened up the case and found the pill just as Houyi was returning home. She either accidentally or purposely swallowed the pill. She started to float into the sky because of the overdose. Chang'e kept on floating until she landed on the moon. While she became lonely on the moon without her husband, she did have company ,a jade rabbit.I think the most interestingsubject inmy highschool is geography. She was knowledgeable,hard-workingand devoted to the students. I always felt very excited whenI hadgeography clas ses becauseI couldn’twaittolearnmoreabouttheworld. Besidesthat, I also liked reading atlas and other books about geography during my spare time. I would always have good marks/grades on geography throughout my high school years.WhenI talk aboutgeography withmy classmates or evenparents, I canalwaysimpress them with my knowledge.I still like geography and hope I can travel around the world in the future.Nowadays many people spend too muchtime indoors workingor studying, but outdoor activities are very important for us to keep healthy. I like many outdoor activities, especially jogging.I often jog in the park near my home on sunny days. I can listen to music and breathe the freshair while I jogsoI canfeel really relaxed. WhenI joginthe park, Icanalso see the greentrees and beautiful flowers. I canfeel close to the nature. It’s also a good time for me to think important things in life. I feel it’s an important part of my daily life. Sometimes, I would ask my friends or parents tojoin me. It’s also a good time to communicate with others. It’s a simple activity; youonly need a pair of good sneakers. It’salso suitable for many people, fro mchildren to old people. They can enjoy this activity.I think everybody shoulddosome outdoor activities because it’sa great wayto help us get close to the nature. It’s not only good for our physical fitness but also good for our mental health.I want to describe a toy in my childhood. Actually, it was not a girly toy. It is a model car.WhenI was a kid, I actedlikea boy andI was very interestedincar models andguns. But my mother didn’t know that and she bought many dolls for me. To tell youthe truth, my father found that I liked model cars, so he bought meoneas alittle present. It’s as big as a book and the color was very bright, it was red. I think the carwas cool and I liked it very much. I would always take it out and study it. I figured out many functions of the car. I felt it was amazingthat people could invent thistool for transportation.Sinceitwas thegiftthatmy father gaveme, I keptitvery carefully. Evennow, itstill looks like a brand new car. I think it’s very meaningful for a kid to own something that they like.I’d like to describe a skill I learned, which is to edit songs oncomputer b yusing the software, called cool edit.I love singing, so a skill to edit songs is very practica l and important for me. My parents bought it in a department store when I was sixteen years old to replace the old one.I think it is interestingtouse this equipment, just like magic. Because whenweuse it, it can change hot air to cold air. When we are cold, we also get warmbyusing it. I can’t imagine what our life will be if we don’t have it.Of course we don’tuse itall the time. Because wheninspringor autumn, theweather is very comfortable, it isn’t necessary to use it. If we use it all the time, it is not environmental friendly. Also, it is not good for our health if we stay inanair-conditioned roomfor a longtime. WhenI feel very hot or cold outside, I willmiss my air conditioner.I’d like to describe a foreign teacher of mine, Bob. He is tall and strong , with strongmuscles. He is a typical American —confident and humorous. He is a very attractive man.A lot of my classmates liked his class very much. I also chose his course in the second year of my university. Hewas alsocreative. Hehadsomany new ways for us to practice our English. After class, I like talking with him in both Chinese and English because he also learned some Chinese.Through communicating with him,I learned a lot about western culture.I needtothank him. Because of him, I feel that Englishis actually a funsubjectto learn. My interest in English grew and now I’m still interested in learning language.I’d like to talk about my uncle’s family. I think the life style in this family is very differentfromminebecauseas a bigfamily, they candomany things together. It’svery differentfrommy family; they havethreechildren, twoboys andonegirl. This is big family is always very lively. I’m the only child, so sometimes I feel lonely. But inthis family, youwill always hear the laughter and everyone will beinfluenced by their cheerfulness. They always do some outdoor activities. For example, they would have picnic onweekends and go mountainclimbingat thenearby places. They sometimes go far away places for longtrips. I admire thembecause when I look at their pictures, I could see how happy they are.Usually I think it’s a good thing to be the only child because I could have my parents’ full attention. However, sometimes, when I look at their family, I will feel it might be even better if I have brothers and sisters.I want to talk about one of my playmates in my childhood. Her name is Su.She’s very beautiful. She had long black hair and big eyes. She looked like a Barbie doll. However her personality was very different from her appearance. I like her because of her strongpersonality andher kindness toothers. She never criedevenwhen she hurt her knees badly and would always help and comfort others just like a bigsister.I always knew she’sa stronggirl, butlater I realizedthatshe’sstronger tha nI thought. Whenwewereinprimary school, oneday, my teacher askedher outandtold her that her father died in a car accident. She came back to our classroom to gether school bagwithoutcrying. WhenI wenttoher home toensure she was ok,I saw her comforting her mother. She was like an adult, still without crying.Later she went to Canada and we haven’t seen each other for about five years. I canstill her beautiful appearance and her strongpersonality. WhenI feel discouraged, I will always remember her and I can become strong because of her influence. There are many successful people in the world. Since I’m a football fan, I’d liketotalk aboutDavidBeckham, a successful football player. A lotof peopleknowhim not because he’s an excellent football player but because of his good looking. Especially a lot of women, they regard him as a big sport star. But that’s not the reasonI admire him.I think he’sa successful manbecause he works hardand never gives up.As a youngplayer, he was blamedfor his mistake that causedthe failure of hisnational teaminthe 1998 world cup. A lot of people laughed at him, but he wasnot defeated and tried harder thanbefore. In2001, his score helped his nationalteamto winthe game against Greece, whichenabled themto enter world cup inthe next year. He became a national hero overnight.I learned a lot from him. Sometimes, we might fail once or several times but it doesn’tmeanwe will never succeed. It’ s always good to keep trying. I believ ehard work will eventually make a big difference.I only watch TV occasionally, but there are still many TV programs that I like. I recently watcheda programcalled 1 versus 100 , whichis a quiz show presentedon Hunan TV channel. We caneasily tell the nature of the programby hearingthe name. There willbe one challenger versus one hundred opponents at each show. Both the one and theonehundredwill begiventhesamemultiple-choicequestions. Onequestionisasked at a time, and the one hundred answer first, then it will be the one’s turn. Since the one is alone, duringthe show he/she is allowed to ask for help threetimes, including making a phone call, following the majority, or asking the presenter toeliminate one wronganswer. Eachtime, some of the one hundredwillbe eliminated if they get the answer wrong. Inthe end, if the one answers all thequestions correctly, the one will win the game and get a big amount of money as the prize. However, if the one fails, the money will be divided by the remaining opponents. Maybe because of the bigprize or the competitive atmosphere, theparticipants are always very excited. The reasonI like it is that this quiz show asks some simple questions that wea re supposedtoknow buta lotof people actually have never thoughtaboutthem. For example, one question asked was about the picture on the back of a 50 yuan RMB, but the majority of the one hundred got this simple question wrong. I have seen several shows, but I have never seen the one answered all the questions correctly. I began to wonder that maybe I could enter for the show, too, because I actually knew theanswers of a lotof their questions. I think itwill befunif I cantry.I want to tell youanadvertisement about a healthproduct called Naobaijin. It’ssucha famous advertisement that almost everybody inChina canrecite thelines of the advertisement. The advertisement is very simple. An old cou ple tell us that they don’t need any gift for the springfestival but naobaijin. It has beenshowed onTV year afteryear, especially duringthe SpringFestival. InChina, youngpeople are supposedtobuy presents for the older generationduringChinese New Year, but they usuallydon’their health. Because Naobaijin is a very healthy gift for older people, so it becomes popular. You would see it everywhere from newspapers to internet.A lot of people might feel tiredof it, but I think it is a successful advertisementalthough it is not creative. It’s simple to remember so everybody knows this product now. It has drawn our attentions successfully and brought fortune to the manufacturer.I’dlike totalk abouta hotpotrestaurant, calledsuper hot, inmy hometown. I likehotpotvery much. My friendtoldmeabouttherestaurant, soI wenttherewithmy sister. The food there is very delicious. After eating there many times, I recommendedittomy friends andmostof themlikedittoo. I think themanager isvery creative.Since the business is very good, sometimes customers have to wait for the tables. The manager make this waiting time more rewarding. When the costumers have to wait for more thanfive minutes, they canhave three plates ofvegetables for free.Sometimes we feel happy if we have to wait, which is very different from the experiences in other restaurants. If you eat there, you can enjoy your drinks for a low price and you get your refills for free. I think it is very economic. It became a very famous restaurant in my city. Now a lot of chain restaurantsMaybe soon, we will be able to find it in hangzhou.以下是陈老师的原创Well, everyday there are new buildings being constructed. No matter in what styles they are built, as long as they are using the modern techniques and modern materials, they are mo dern buildings. Here, I’d like to talk about the Hangzhou grand theater, a very special modern building. Made of steel and galss, golden in color, it looks like a sun resting on the earth.Designed by internationally known Canadian architect, Hangzhou Grand Theatre covers 100,000 square meters with a total construction area of 55,000 square meters. Itconsists of anopera house, a concerthall, a multifunctionhall, anopen air stage and a culture square. The silky titanium roof symbolizes the pearl; the slant surface made of the double curved glass curtain wall represents the moon; a pool of over 6000 square meters in front of Hangzhou Grand Theatre stands for the beautiful West Lake.Located in the center of the building and looking like a U shape, the Opera House has altogether 1600 seats with red color as its basic tune. Designed as a classical shoe box, the concert hall has totally 600 seats with blue color as its basic tune. Breaking through the traditional mode, with 400 seats, lifts and chairs that can be turned up and down, the Multifunction Hall can achieve the flexibility of space arrangement according to specific requirements. With the performing stage surrounded by the seats, and the whole stagesurroundedby a water-pool witha total accommodationof 1000 people, theOpenAir Stage imitated ancient Roman classical style of architecture.Hangzhou grand theater is really a modern building, and a very special one.2. Describe a new lawWell, to provide a secured life for the public, every year the government ofChina is improving in its law system by updating those already existed ones or by issuing new ones. Here, I would like to talk about a new law that was just in practice inJanuary 1st this year. It is about the regulations onadvertisements onTVs and Radios. For a time in the past, there are great varieties of advertisements on TVs and radios, but due to lack of proper management and supervision, there exist a lot of misleadingor unhealthy advertisements, whichexert a negative influence onthegeneral public. And therefore, in January 1 st, this new regulations were called into practice. In this new law, it does not allow any misleading advertisements, or advertisements that containunhealthy information, suchas violence, pornography, disgusting pictures, unhealthy life attitude. Also, it does not allow any advertisements about cigarettes, and those about liquors are limited to a largerextent. In addition, it also regulates about the timing, the periods about the advertisements.Inthis way, this new law tends to provide the public a muchhealthier living environment. Andfromits practice over the past months, the public, especially thechildren, do have a much better exposure of information from TV and radio programs. I do hope that more and more news laws that are intended to improve our life are issued in the future.3. Describe a TV presenterWell, there are somany different TV programs onshow everyday indiversified channels; hence there are thousands and thousands of TV presenters we can see. Some may leave us a very deep impressionwhile others may not leave a thinginour mind. Here, I’d like to talk about the TV presenter I love, Wuzongxian, although others may have a mixed feeling about him.Beinga TV presenter in Taiwan, Wu started his career in the field of varietyshows inthelate1980s, andthenhebecamefamous becauseof his uniquestyleofhosting TV programs and therefore the TV programs he hosted are constantly ahead in the ratings. All these earn him the top salary among those TV presenters inTaiwan, beingthe local kingfor many years. In2008, he evenwonthe GoldenBell Awards in television industry. His fast reaction and tactfulness in hosting is among the first class, second to few others, and gradually, he formed his own style of hosting TV programs. Because he likes to use those popular words on the internet, and his figure is not like other middle-aged men, he is quite popular among the young audience. However, he alsolikes toriponpeople, openthe yellow gun, speak nonsense, anddisrespect women, which, meanwhile, bring him a lot of criticisms. Thanks to the change of the criteria of assessment,Wu was nominated t hree times for the best TV presenter in 2006,2007 and 2008, and successfully won the golden bell award in 2008 with the popular program uess, gues s,This is also the best affirmation to him. When I feel stressed, and in my spare time, I like to watch the program he hosts, I like to enjoy the relaxationand laughout my pressures by seeinghimonthe screen. He is really a great TV presenter in my mind.4. Describe an artistWell, youknow, whenwearepursuinga morefashionablelife, various kinds ofarts are being created. However, compared to the achievements and levels of those artists in our history, it is hard to find out one who is more outstanding. Therefore, to describe an artist, I would like to talk about Qi baishi. One of the ten top artists in the 20 th century in China, and also well-know through out the world.I became to know him when I was in the middle school, when my father, one day, came back home very excitedly, because he successfully got one painting of Qibaishi. However, a week later, my father was disappointed because the painting turned out to be a fake. Later, I am quite interested in gathering all possible information about this artist and his art works.Under his brush, eachflower, bird, fishand evenaninsect is amazingly vivid, while the hills, the waters and the figures are all perfect, showing the wisdom and philosophy of life and thus moving the readers directly. In his 80s, he was especially famous for his talents in drawing shrimps. He was so hard working that in his life time, he had produced more than 30000 paintings and 3000 poems. He is a great artist because of his profound achievement in the filed of paintings, calligraphies, poems and seals, because of his combinationof the folkart and traditional art, because of his integrationof paintings from the life and paintings with freehand. I really admire him.Well, you know, in my childhood, I was really a naughty boy and I did a lot of naughty things, suchas breakingthe neighbor’swindows because of my poorfootball skills, beatingother people’spetdogs tosee thembark aroundthe yar d, disguisingmyself as ghosts to scare other children, andsoon. Evennow whenIrecall those naughty things, smiles may still arise onmy face. But here, I wouldliketo talk about a naughty thingI did to my grandfather, because inthe end I was praisedbecause of my badbehavior.5. naughty thingsWhenI was 9 years old, it was the first summer holiday that I hadas a student,my parents sent me to the countryside to live with my grandpa, coz they were too busy to take care of me inthe daytime. Not like many other grandpas who mayspoil their grandchildren, my grandpa was quite demandingonme. Youknow, Iwas only 9 years old, but during that summer holiday, he often asked me to go to the farmland with him to do the farming, even in the hot sunshine. And so I tried my best to avoid doing the labor. One day, together with my grandpa, we planted corns inthe filed. My grandpa was ahead, diggingholes for me to cast the cornseeds inside. And he worked so hard that he dug the holes faster than I could sow the seeds. Inorder to work less and try to finishthe work quickly, I sowed muchmore seeds thanwere needed for one hole, and soonwe ranout of cornseeds. Althoughthere were still a lot of holes vacant, we had to finishthejob and wentback home. Yeah, notenough seeds. AndI felthappy because my grandpa didn’tfind out my trick. Several weeks later, the cornplants sprouted. Insome places, there were only a few, but in others, there were a lot. And I was not aware that my trick would be discovered later when they grew out. Luckily, it happened that year we met a drought, and those sprouts did not grew well, even some of them died. My grandpa then divided some of the sprouts from those spare ones and planted theminto those vacant holes. You know, my grandpa did not blame me for mytrick, but praised about my “contribution”. He said: thank you boy, it is you that we could grow those corns so well in the field”.Well, my naughty behavior turned out to be a contribution. It was the onlytime that I got praise for my naughty behavior. Evennow whenI think about it,it’sstill a funny memory.6. Describe a good teacherEveryone may have many teachers intheir life. Some may be helpful to him, while others may not. Here I would like to talk about my head teacher in my high school, Mrs. Hu. She is a middle aged womaninher forties. She has a very cuteface and friendly to others. Everyone likes her at first sight.Mrs. Hu is very responsible for us. Every time when students in her class have troubles, she would be the first one there to offer help, so she is very busy andhave less time to stay with her family. She is very skillful inher teachingand management of the class. She knowshow toteachthosenaughty boys, how toarouseour interests inlearning, andhowto unite our class together. Being one of her students, we all feel proudShe is very professional in teaching knowledge to students. She teaches politics in the high school, and it seems that she knows a lot about the situation in china and in the world. She likes to teach the knowledge by telling us stories and her own analysis. This helps us greatly in understanding the knowledge and remembering the facts. She is really a good teacher, friendly, responsible, skillful and professional. We all loveher.Getting away from traffic for sake of healthWe city-dwellers already know about the extra risks we face from heart disease and suddencardiac arrest linked to air pollution. But accordingto a newstudy, we may be able to reduce our risk of dyingof coronary heart disease bymoving away from traffic.city-dweller: 城市居住者 sudden cardiac arrest: 心跳骤停 coronary heart disease: 冠心病The dirtier the air, the more likely people are to suffer sudden cardiac arrest. The study looked at more than 450,000 healthy adults in Vancouver, Canada, and found that people who lived within 0.09 miles of a highway or 0.03 miles of a major roadwere29 percentmorelikely todieof coronary heartdiseasethanthosewho lived farther away. The busy location is one of the reasons I could afford the rent. Besides, so many people are livingincities now, more thanever before, that fleeingto the countryside isn’ta realistic option . If we’re going to get serious about reducing the estimated 60,000 U.S. deaths per year caused by small- particle pollution, we’re going to have to attack vehiclepollutionat its urbansource.

Describe a time you spend with your friend in your childhoodYou should sayWho is this friendHow did you know about each other And explain why you describe this timeI amgoing to tell you about myfirst ‘ best friend ' from childhood. I 'll explainhow we met, how long we were friends, what we got up to and why I liked her so much, and I ' ll try and explain our friendship so you can understand why we were so close.I first met my friend Tracey when I went to junior school. Wewere sat next to each other in class, I don ' t think we chose to do that particularly, we probably just sat where we were told to on our first day of the school year, but we got on straight away and were firm friends from the age of about 8 until we left school to go to senior school aged about eleven. Wehappened to go to different schools at that point, and sadly ourfriendship drifted apart, when we were younger though, we were inseparable.Tracey and I had similar interests. We liked being outside, we liked horses(although neither of us went riding or had access to ponies back then), we enjoyed doing craft type activities (although she was really talented creating amazing pictures and artwork, whilst I just got stuck at the stage of colouring in!) My main memory is of us heading off together on our bikes for hours and hours at a time. She lived quitenear a large park, so I used to cycle to her house, and then we' d go to the park together with a picnic lunch and spend all day playing games together. I ' m embarrassed now to think how we galloped around pretending to be horses or whatever the game of the day was, but it was fun at the time. We used to try hula hooping and skipping too, seeing who could hold up a hoop for the longest of skip without stopping using a rope. I have a feeling she was more accomplished than me at both these activities too. Sometimes we would try to find and catch grasshoppers (we always let them go) or we would just laze in the sun until it was time to go home. It was very different then. There were no mobile phones, and people were much more relaxed about letting their children go off and play all day, I ' m not sure if you could still do that. Still, we were veryhappy and used to comeback to her house tired and hot and sunburnt, and if we were lucky her mum would give us lemonade to drink and sometimes cheese salad rolls for tea. Happy memories indeed! In terms of why we liked each other, well we just did! We enjoyed doing the samethings, we could talk about anything to each other - complaining about school workor annoying parents and other such troublesome worries of the time. She had pet rabbits, and I had pet guinea pigs, so looking after our pets was a shared interest too. It probably helped that we lived quite close to each other and both had bikes too. Wealso both had a vivid imagination, it meant we could have remarkable adventures together pretending to inhabit whole new worlds that we had invented for ourselves. We kept in touch for a while, but both eventually moved on. I think she went on to become an artist of some renown, which was not surprising given her early talent for art. Whatever she does and wherever she ended up I hope she is happy and successful too, and I will always remember her as a brilliant companion from when I was young, I wonder if she remembers me too.后续提问:What do you think makes someone a good friend to a whole family? It seems to me that the main element in order for someone to be considered a friend to all members of a family is having common values and interests. If these two characteristics are absent or not compatible, it ' s really difficult for someone tobe accepted as a family friend or to hang out with. Moreover, if parents see that someone has a good personality and some basic virtues that support the notion of friendship, it is likely that they will like and accept this person to their family. In my opinion, family friends play an important role as there are many cases when parents consort with some people they consider friends, and many times it is likely that their kids also interact with those people.Do you think we meet different kinds of friends at different stages of our lives? In what ways are these types of friend different?I totally agree with that statement as I believe we have different expectations and requirements for our friends in different stages of our life. When children are in primary schools, they just have one or two friends and this is because at that stage they are not capable of assessing and appreciate the importance of friendship. In the early stages of our life, we require friends who would love to play with us, do thingsthat we like to do. So, these relationships are slack and nothing is invested as far as feelings are concerned. However, we start understanding the significance of this bond in the high school as we make some friends who have similar interests and can help us in studies. Friends during puberty, on the other hand, are in many cases the most important in someone' s life and often these relationships are really strong and based on solid foundation. At that period of life, people ' s' relationships are true and substantial as real feelings such as love, affection, support and trust are dominant. When we start our career, we will have many friends who are basically colleagues. In the old age, people usually have friends who are more like family members. So, I would say that friends in the very early ages are just some playmates who kids hang out and spend sometime with and the teen to adult stages include very important and worthy people that are much more than friends. How easy is it to make friends with people from a different age group? It 's a controversial issue as some would say it is quite easy to make friends fromdifferent age groups while others would deny it.In my opinion, the most importantcharacteristics in making friends are communication and common views. In this way, people are able to talk about different things, make meaningful conversations and swap ideas. If these elements don ' texist, even among the people of same age group, thenit ' s really difficult for someone to make friends. I would say that usually, people find it easier to have friends of same age groups, but if effective communication and commonviews work smoothly between two persons of different age groups, they can become good friends. For example, a friend of mine who is around my age has a close friend of 60. When I found about that I was surprised, but when I saw that they have so much in common and they have great times together, I totally endorsed it. As far as I ' m concerned, I don't have friends who are much older than I ambut I have younger friends and common interests make us a really tight group.Do you think it is possible to be friends with someone if you never meet them in person? It ' s an interesting question to answer and I would say that it is possible indeed, but it 's not the same as having friends who we meet personally and interact face-to-face. Nowadays, especially due to technological advances, more and more people chat and interact with each other via chatting, calling and social media applications and in this way, they develop different kinds of relationships. There are many cases when someone talks with another person on a constant basis and share personal things, experiences and they turn out to call each other ‘ friend ' . But in my opinion, I would say that this person is more of an e-buddy rather than a real friend. A friend is someone that people can see in the flesh and consort with them regularly. Is this real friendship? As I extensively mentioned earlier, this isn ' t true friendship, at least in mytaste. Many positive sentiments may be created, such as rapport, confidence and happiness, but friendship is much more than only a word and it entails that people have a contact on a regular basis and hang out with each other. E-friendship is a different type of friendship, I would say an impersonal one because friends aren ' t able to meet each other in person and the only thing they can do is talk by typing keystrokes on the keyboard or make video calls. Such friendship is growing faster due to our reliance on technology, but they are not real friendship, in my opinion. What kind of influence can friends have on our lives? It is argued that friends are the second most influential persons in someone ' s life, after the parents. A famous saying ‘ A person is known by the company he keeps ' is indeed a reflection that we are greatly influenced by the friends we have. Especially at adolescence, children are impressionable as they form their personality and character and oftentimes they copy their peers. During this time good friends can instil positive attributes and elements in a person while the opposite is also true.Friends constitute a big part of our life and they play a very important role. They can contribute to the creation of positive feelings for us such as happiness,self-confidence, esteem and control and can also delude us to have negative feelings and activities. Hence, they can be determinants of someone' s character as friendship can play a vital role in a person' s beliefs. How important would you say it is to have friends from different cultures? In my opinion, having friends from diverse cultures is extremely important and helpful. Initially, people learn many things about other cultures such as history, customs, values and points, and this way their knowledge in enhanced. Furthermore, it promotes diversity and cultivates tolerance and understanding as well as positive changes in our attitude. For example, by having a friend with completely different culture, people can swap opinions, broaden their horizons and become tolerant about things they have not faced before. To conclude, I reckon that it is essential that people have pals from different countries because as far as I ' m concerned, this could onlylead to positive outcomes.。

你可以说:“Well, you know what? I'm so excited to be here today. It's like I'm about to share some really cool stories with a new friend.” 说,如果你抽到的话题是关于旅行的,这个开场就能很自然地把气氛带起来,让考官感觉你很乐意分享。

二、回答原因模板如果被问到为什么喜欢某个东西,我通常会这么说:“Oh, man! There are just so many reasons. It's like a box full of treasures, every single reason is a shiny gem. For example, I love reading because it's like opening a door to different worlds. When I read 'Harry Potter', I felt like I was right there in Hogwarts with Harry, Ron and Hermione. It gives me a sense of adventure and excitement that I can't get anywhere else.”三、描述人物模板当描述一个人时,我会这样开始:“Hey, there's this amazing person in my life. He or she is like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Let's say I'm talking about my best friend. She's always there for me, just like a warm blanket on a cold night. Whenever I'm down, she comes up with the funniest jokes, like a little comedian. And her smile? It's as bright as a thousand stars.”四、讲述经历模板“Gosh, I've had this unforgettable experience. It was like a rollercoaster ride. I remember once I went hiking in the mountains. At first, it was all beautiful scenery, like a picture perfect postcard. But then, we got lost! It was terrifying, like being in a maze with no way out. But we didn't give up. We used our wits, and finally found our way back. It taught me that in life, even when things seem really tough, you can find a way out if you keep trying.”五、评价事物模板“Well, this thing is really som ething special. It's not just good, it's like a diamond in the rough. Take my new smartphone for example. It has all these amazing features. The camera is so clear, it's like seeing the world through a magnifying glass of high quality. And the battery lasts forever, which is like having an endless supply of energy. It's just made my life so much easier and more fun.”六、对比模板“Look, there are two things here, and they're as different as night and day. Let's say we're comparing living in the city and living in the countryside. Living in the city is like being in a big, noisy party all the time. There are so many people, cars everywhere, and tall buildings that seem to touch the sky. But living in the countryside? It's like a peaceful lullaby. There are fields, fresh air, and you can hear the birds singing in the morning. It's a completely different world.”七、表达喜好变化模板“Oh, it's really interesting how my taste has changed over time. I used to think that action movies were the best, like they were a super exciting carnival. But now? I'm more into documentaries. It's like I've grown from loving cotton candy to preferring a healthy salad. For instance, I used to be glued to 'Fast and Furious' movies, but now I can't get enoughof nature documentaries. They make me feel more connected to the real world.”八、应对难题模板“Yikes! Sometimes the questions are really tough, like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. But I don't panic. I just try to think of it from a different angle. If they ask me something really strange like 'What would you do if you could live on the moon?' I'd say, well, it would be like starting a whole new adventure. I'd probably build a really cool house made of moon rocks and try to grow plants in lunar soil. I mean, why not? Just let my imagination run wild.”九、谈论未来计划模板“I'm so looking forward to the future. It's like a blank canvas waiting for me to paint on. I have this big plan. For example, I want to travel around the world. It'll be like a grand tour of all the beautiful places on earth. I'll start from Asia, where there are so many ancient cultures to explore, like a time traveling adventure. Then I'll move on to Europe, soak up all the art and history there. I can't wait to see what amazing things are waiting for me out there.”十、结尾模板“Well, t hat's about it. It's been great sharing all these things with you. I hope you've enjoyed listening to my stories as much as I've enjoyed telling them. It's like we've just had a really nice chat over a cup of coffee.”In conclusion, these templates can be really helpful in the IELTS speaking test. They can make you feel more confident and help you expressyourself more clearly. Just remember to be natural and let your personality shine through.。
