高考英语复习策略

我校属于三星级普通高中,学生的英语基础普遍较差。在省教育部门“五严”规定的大背景下,思考如何在有限的时间内提升英语复习的效能,在查漏补缺的同时全面提高学生的综合素养就显得特别重要。因此,我们必须要在思想上做好充分准备,扎扎实实抓好高考英语复习工作,打一场有备之战。

一.指导思想

我们认为,不管课程怎么改革,不管江苏高考英语的题型怎样变化,总原则是“得益课内,迁移课外,能力立意,综合运用”。在高三英语复习中我们努力贯彻落实教研室冯毓旗主任提出的“用问题引领课堂”的指导思想,即高三的英语复习不能只着眼于所谓的高考重难点,更应该把目光聚焦在学生存在的问题上,用学生的问题来引领我们的教学行为。当然要解决学生的问题首先要解决好高三教师自己的问题,教师自己的问题解决好了,学生的问题自然会迎刃而解。

二.复习中存在的问题

1.理念上的问题

我们有部分教师纠结于高三英语复习要不要拿课本,这里存在着两种极端的现象。有的教师在复习教学中片面地认为复习便是把近似于新授课的教学内容按教材编排的顺序重新给学生快速过一遍,再做一些配套的练习即可,根本不重视知识的归类梳理。还有的教师为了节约教学时间,赶进度,提前进入复习总攻,再加上高三教材生词多内容深,就把高三教材内容进行大幅度的删减。在后期的复习中,他们又完全抛开教材进行以资料为主要载体的复习教学。这种在教材上耗时太长或者完全脱离教材进行复习教学的做法都是不可取的,很难达到高三复习和高中英语教学的要求。

其次,在高考目标的压力下,有些教师急功近利,片面地追求高考的结果,高考考什么,怎么考,平时就怎么教,让学生也怎么练。部分教师让学生在高三复习中只练这几种高考题型,其余的都省去。实际上,这种完全高考模式化的单调训练既违背了语言学习规律,也不符合《英语课程标准》

中规定的英语学习目

标。当然,这样做能提高一点解题能力,但限制了学生英语综合运用能力的提高,终究难以取得好成绩。

此外,还有教师感到高三教学的任务重,没有精力也没有必要去关注学生的学习兴趣,有点时间还不如多讲点题目。其实英语学习兴趣在学生的学习过程中始终起着非常重要的作用,如果教师在高三教学中忽视了学生的学习兴趣、情感、态度这些非智力因素,一味地把学生放在题海中,教学的效果也不会很好。

2.复习资料使用方面的问题

高三复习后期,辅导资料越来越多,有的教师对所选用的资料没有进行深入的研究和有效整合,现成的套题拿来就用;没有立足学生实际和深入研究考纲、考题,致使所选复习资料针对性不强,缺乏生活、时代特点,更没能根据学生实际英语水平很好地控制好试题的难易度,致使学生练习的质量不高,复习效果不好。

当然,教师如果对所用复习资料不先做,就难以判断资料的好坏和适宜度,也不能精选习题,更可能导致偏题和怪题的出现。这样既浪费学生时间,又没有教学效果。而有的教师喜欢带着答案去看题,只顾验证答案是否正确,也不管所选的题是否适宜。如果先看答案,后看题,教师没有亲身体会解题的思维过程,就难以了解学生的解题思路和过程,那么评讲的针对性就不强。

还有的教师认为学生到高三都有很高的自觉性,没必要那么严格检查学生的完成情况了。所以,对于要求学生完成的习题及课后复习任务,教师只作口头上要求,对于学生实际完成情况也没有深入检查。结果,由于教师要求不严,检查不落实,导致部分学生该读的没读,该做的没做,该当天复习掌握的内容也没及时消化。

3.备课简单粗糙的问题

部分教师,特别是一些多年一直从事高三英语教学的老教师,备课完全靠经验积累,不管教材怎么变,考纲怎么变,教法都一样,对要评讲的内容只作简单圈点,这便是备课。这种备课缺乏对所用资料的认真研究,没有对学生完成情况的统计和分析,更无相应的知识巩固和查漏补缺的措施。教学中,要么凭着经验随手选几道题来讲一下,要么按照资料编排的顺序一直讲到下课便结束,过后无反思。这样,教师上课跟着资料走,没能深入浅出地进行评讲,致使课堂效率不

高。

4.习题评讲中存在的问题

不少教师在试卷评讲中仍然习惯于满堂灌,特别是在生源相对较差的三星级高中,部分教师认为学生存在很多问题,只有面面俱到,才不致于漏掉某个知识点。甚至有的教师在习题评讲前,也没有对学生的练习进行认真批改、统计、分析,没有真正通过习题找准学生的问题所在,就拿着试卷从头至尾地逐题讲解,甚至有时评讲15条单项选择题就花近一节课的时间。教师忽视学生在教学中的主体地位,也不关注学生课堂上的反应以及他们自己教学的效果,结果经常是教师像唱戏的,学生像听戏的,听完了啥印象也没有。

还有的老师就题讲题,忽略了知识的网络建构和解题技巧、方法的归纳,比如偏爱单项选择的评讲,死抠语法点和知识点,忽略语篇能力的培养。因此在高三复习过程中,师生仍有一个共同倾向,那就是偏向单项选择,处理阅读、完形也重在抠语法点和知识点。教师讲得精彩,学生听得入神,时间花得不少,但效果并不理想。

此外,在高三英语复习评讲课中,很多教师忙于赶时间,很多题本可以通过设问、提醒、点拨等方式去引导学生参与思维训练,继而找出正确答案,但这些教师只直接给出答案,直接说明原因,不给予学生思维训练的机会。这样,学生对教师依赖性过强,自己解决问题的能力差。平时没有足够的思维训练,学生自己遇到问题时头脑就一片空白。事实上,如果教师对于要评讲的重点问题没有提前配套一些有针对性的巩固练习,以及相应的变通,发散练习的讲解,对于练习和评讲中所发现的问题没有适当的补救练习,或补救不及时,这些都不利于提高练习和讲评的效果。

三.问题的对策和备考的措施

1.加强对考情的研究

以《高中英语课程标准》中的具体教学建议作为复习教学的依据,充分挖掘教师的潜力,发挥教师的主导作用。认真研究《考试说明》的变化,探索命题原则,试卷结构、内容和特点。对历年高考试题整体研究找共性,对近三年高考试题重点研究找趋势,对相同考点的试题对比研究找变化,对不同模式的试题分类研究找差别,对各地的调研试题集中研究找信息,做到科学备考。同时强调所有

高三教师必须把近几年的高考题做一遍,通过大量深入细致的研究,做到每年考什么心中有数。

2.加强对学情的研究

在整个复习过程中我们要牢记学生的主体地位,深入了解学情,分析学情,调准教学起点,面向全体学生,不同基础的班级有不同的目标定位和教学方式,努力使不同层次的学生学有所得,使教学效果最大化。课堂上坚持“学生主体”的原则,少讲多练,精讲精练。做到三个必讲——核心内容必讲、思路方法必讲、疑点难点必讲;做到三个不讲——学生已经掌握的内容不讲、讲了也不会的不讲、不讲也会的不讲。争取每堂课给学生留出一小段时间,让学生消化理解并向教师质疑。

3.发挥集体备课的效能

按照学校统一的安排,每周进行一次集体备课,根据学情、重难点和考点,制订统一的教学方案,然后精选配套的练习题。但由于我们生源的特点造成班级的差异较大,在实际教学中我们并不强求大家步调完全一致,盲从大组的计划。我们要求教师对照备课组计划,仔细分析自己所教班级的实际情况,制定符合自己班级实际情况的短期的和长期的计划,科学安排教学进度,做到因材施教,因班施教。教师在详略处理上应该有自己的特点,要对照自己的教学计划,指导学生安排好学习计划,明确各阶段学习要求,使学生有意识地跟随老师阶段性地完成学习任务,实现既定的复习目标。

4.认真抓好练习的质量和效益

教师把好习题的质量关,是提高复习效率的前提条件。在选题上,我们从多种途径精选了设计严密、具有科学性、系统性、针对性的练习题,限时完成,保证质量。我们提出凡是要求学生做的练习,教师必须先做;凡是学生所做的练习,教师必须及时批阅;凡是学生做错的题目,教师必须指导学生订正,并及时组织二次纠错练习,力争发挥出练习的最大效益。另外,我们还重视学生良好答题习惯的培养,例如在做完任务型阅读以后必须检查固定的项目,书面表达坚持用四线格答题纸等。

5.以点带面提升能力

高考除了考查学生的语言知识外,主要是考查学生运用语言的能力。首先,

我们不能拘泥于高考题型,可以把各种技能分解成多种微技能进行训练,然后结合综合训练,效果会更好。比如我们可以通过逐步训练学生的猜词能力,长句分析能力,句群理解能力去让学生获得阅读技能。其次,我们要求教师在教学中注意和学生探讨阅读思维过程,努力抓实评讲环节,做到每次评讲都就答题技巧问题进行一次小结,从分析思维方法的角度总结得失,以求在方法上对学生有一点启迪。通过指导学生总结各类题目的解题思路,在思维方法、解题能力上查找自己存在的问题,努力帮助学生在能力上有所突破。

6. 注重向学生传递正能量

强大的学习内驱力、健康的学习心理、平衡的学习心态、积极的学习参与意识是学生学习、备考的心理和生理支撑。在复习的过程中要注重学生非智力因素的作用,及时进行训练效果的反馈,对于每个学生在复习过程中所表现出的积极态度,用心的付出,点滴的进步都给予表扬与鼓励,使枯燥的复习充满人情味,强化学生复习的成就感,提高复习的质量。

认真反思我们的高三英语复习工作,我们认为,只要我们依靠团队协作,集中大家的智慧,强化教学研究,落实教学指导思想,狠抓考试指导,不断在“求精务实”上下功夫就能实现高效的高三复习教学,在20XX年高考中再创佳绩。
