英语写作翻译俱乐旨在激发师大学子们英语学习的兴趣和激情，营造一个良好的英语学习的氛围，提高师大学子的英语文化素养，提高师大学生英语，汉语灵活应用的能力
1．宿舍英语宣传活动：
内容：制作第一期各种形式英语门贴，文字内容为自然、生活、哲理、异地文化等的英文介绍，图片为风景、动画、剪贴画，贴于本校每个学生宿舍；
目的：1.营造学生宿舍学习英语的气氛，提高同学们学习英语的兴趣；
2.带动非英语专业同学学习英语的积极性；
3.发挥优良的使用价值，介绍本寝室成员。
时间：九月中下旬。
2．英语俱乐部会刊：
内容：集知识性和趣味性为一体，出版一份面向在校学生的免费的英语综合刊物。
1．以英语俱乐部写作翻译的全体会员为主力，并在全校范围内广泛征集稿件；
2．与英语俱乐部举办的英文原声电影及英语角相配合，面向全校学生征求为原声电影及口语练习而作的观后感、心得等作品;搜集整理文章；选出优秀作品分专题编辑成集；
引出作品集供全校借鉴；对做出突出贡献的同学颁发鼓励奖。
3．选取优秀稿件，将稿件编辑成集；
4．将刊物发到各系，并以海报形式宣传会刊活动，使同学们增加了解。
目的：1. 给在校学生，尤其是非英语专业的学生提供英语方面的专业知识及课外娱乐读物，增强非英语专业学生学习英语的能力，提高学习英语的兴趣。并提供各种最新时讯，方便同学们的学习和生活，真正为同学们服务；
2. 使同学们观有所得，加强电影作品印象；有利于志同道合的英语学习者交流；促进大家参与英语学习和英语实际运用中去;
3. 宣传英语俱乐部以及各协会的活动，扩大影响；
4. 为接下来的征文比赛作好准备。
时间：十月中旬到十一月底。
3．举办征文比赛
内容：1.以某一主题（外文学院出题）向全校学生统一征文。将稿件投到中。
2.请外文学院的老师及其他资深老师做评委。
3.设置一，二，三等奖及纪念奖，发荣誉证书。
4.将优秀的作品整理成集，以北师大的名义出版；也可以将部分作品投到杂志社。
时间：十一月底开始。
目的：提高全校学生，尤其是非英语专业学生的英语实际应用能力和学习英语的兴趣；向外界展示北师学生的风采，增加本校学生的竞争意识。
4.举办大型翻译写作类讲座
内容：邀请业内专家到校内作有关英语写作和翻译类的讲座。
时间：随机
目的：使学生们在整体和宏观上对写作翻译的现代趋势及写作技巧有所了解。
5.翻译比赛
内容：组织全校学生进行翻译比赛
时间：十一月
目的：提高整体的翻译水平和技巧；鼓励非英语专业学生学习英语。

HOW TO WRITE CLEARLY This booklet is intended for all writers of English at the European Commission. Whether your job is drafting or translating, here are some hints – not rules – that will help you to write clearly and make sure your message ends up in your readers’ brains, not in their bins. Put the reader first There are three groups of people likely to read Commission documents: 1. EU insiders (colleagues in the Commission or other institutions) 2. outside specialists 3. the general public. The third group is by far the largest and most important. As more Commission documents are made accessible to the general public, criticism of FOG will increase. Always bear in mind the people you're writing for: not your committee, your boss, or the reviser of your translations, but the end users. They are in a hurry. Don't overestimate their knowledge, interest or patience. Whatever the type of document - legislation, a technical report, minutes, a press release or speech - you can enhance its impact by writing clearly. Try to see your subject matter from your readers' point of view; try to involve them ("you" is an under-used word in Commission documents); and try not to bore them. You can avoid irritating half your readers by replacing gender-specific words (replace "layman" by "lay person"; "salesgirl" by "sales assistant"; "workman" by "worker"). Avoid "he, she/ his, her" by using "they/ their" instead.

幸运地在前面而不是在后面,当然我不认为我会在后面,就像排在后面的人不认为他没在前面一样.虽然我不明白为什么会这样. 每次英语课都是早自习,每一次上课的第一句都是goodmorning,上英语课每个人的反映都不大一样,有人欢喜,兴奋,也有人惆怅,沮丧.大家失去了开始的好奇.也许有人会因为那几天考的好而喜欢,会因为英语老师向班主任反映我表现的很出色而喜欢,或者会因为有几个知识点没明白而喜欢,反正大没有多少的人会因为喜欢而喜欢.但我没太了解那些沮丧的人讨厌英语的原因.最后我总结出来了一点,goodmorning并不一定“good” 英语是一个重要的科目,从我们第一次考试之后老师就不断的加重语气重复着这句话.哎学生真的是------- 命运真的由英语决定了吗？ ｍｙｆｉｒｓｔｔｉｍｅ 还记得在张家界森林公园玩的时侯,由于我的自恋一定坚持主动和别的游客照相害得我和妈妈他们分开了．妈妈可能认为我认识路,因为我们到森林公园来过很多次,只不过着一次是在它的尽头.等我反应过来的时候他们以经走远了,我四周转转,看看风景之后才觉得应该要去找妈妈他们了．我都不知道我当时是怎么想的,我沿着一条小路一直走,开始还是很高兴的,有着青山绿水相伴.可是越往前人就越少,路越偏僻,我开始有些害怕,到岔路时我不知该如何选择.只好双手紧靠祈求着上帝,老天,和真主....期待着....快有什么人来 啊!!! 我不期待着童话中的白马王子,但一定要有人来救我!!!(当时真的好想大声的叫喊出来--"救命")我呆呆的伫立在那儿,眼神里充满了绝望......突然间,我瞥见了一个身影(我当时还以为是真的救世主"天啊"),等我镇静下来,打算去问路时,我才发现-----外国游客,我的天啊,怎么办?放心我的英语在班上还好,大胆的往前走吧！ "excuseme,howcanigettothemuseumthatatthefootofthetianzis han?"我紧张地,很不流利的说出了这句英语,期待着他的回答．
