1 General 概要

The definitions and specifications described here for the supply of goods to the Schaeffler plants form the basis of our conditions of business and are valid as additional contractual agreements supplementing our general purchasing conditions.

1.1Purpose of the Handbook手册的目的

This handbook is intended to provide a simply structured, easily understood and practical guideline for packaging development and to give suppliers information about existing guidelines and specification in the area of packaging.

2.1Packaging specifications包装规格

For the packaging of Schaeffler purchased parts, there are two basic cases for packaging specifications:

In this case,which generally applies to manufactured goods that are processed in Schaeffler plants, the packaging should be designed by the supplier in accordance with the guidelines in the sections

2.1.2. Design of packaging by Schaeffler 舍弗勒设计包装

This variant is generally used in the following cases: 这种变量通常用于下列情况：﹥Durable packaging of manufactured goods可回收的成品包装

Expendable or durable packaging of traded goods, i.e. products that are sold on by the Schaeffler Group.

贸易件的一次性包装或者可回收包装，即舍弗勒集团内销售的产品。

The Packaging Technology prepares a packaging specification for the specific part and this is presented to the supplier in the form of a packaging instruction and a packaging data sheet by Schaeffler Purchasing.

Where packaging is specific to Schaeffler the supplier can, after consultation with Purchasing.

The supplier is responsible for requesting the required packaging from Schaeffler Purchasing and must do so in good time (15 working days before it is required)using a form.And before M4 sample, the packaging agreement must be confirmed with Schaeffler company.For small quantities, the quantity of packaging required is calculated on the basis of the current annual requirement.

供应商有责任从舍弗勒采购处得到必要的包装要求并且必须及时填好表格（必须15个工作日之前），并且在M4样品前与舍弗勒确定包装协议。对于小数量，包装数量的计算必须在年需求的基础上。

2.2General packaging requirements普通包装要求

In order to ensure delivery of parts in acceptable condition, compliance with the following points is absolutely essential:

为了保证零件安全完好的交付，必须符合下列各点要求。

﹥The parts must be free from all contamination.

零件必须免于所有的污染。

There must be no contact with uncoated corrugated or solid board or with filler

materials.

﹥The main packaging (container, carton) and any additional basic packaging 主要包装（外箱，纸箱等）和其他的基本包装

﹥Due to the increased risk of injury, cartons must be closed not with metal staples but with adhesive tape.

﹥The despatch packaging must adequately secure the containers or cartons during transport and handling; in particular, the following must be ensured

2.3Packaging requirements for traded goods 贸易件包装要求

﹥For delivery of traded goods, only Schaeffler packaging may be used. The supplier’s own additional packaging (e.g. adhesive strips) may only be used in a neutral form and after consultation with our packing technology. Supplier logos must be avoided in all cases for this type of packaging.

对于舍弗勒贸易件的交付，只允许使用舍弗勒的包装。供应商自己的其他包装（如胶条）只可在一个中立的形式并且与我们的包装技术协商后使用。供应商标识对于这种包装必须避免。

﹥In the case of traded goods, delivery of excess quantities is always impermissible.

Delivery of residual quantities is permissible only in exceptional cases and with the approval of Schaeffler Purchasing. In this case, Schaeffler Goods Inward must be informed in good time before arrival of the consignment.

贸易件交付数量不允许出现过剩的情况。只有在特殊情况下允许剩余交货量并得到

﹥Closure of cartons纸箱闭合

Cartons with lid closing must be closed completely using a neutral adhesive strip (min.

3Design of packaging 设计包装

3.1Packaging data sheet and Schaeffler packaging instruction

包装数据表和舍弗勒包装说明

In order to fulfil the packaging requirements, the packaging structure must be defined for each product. This is defined in writing as follows

The packaging data sheet is sent to the supplier by Schaeffler Purchasing and must be returned completed and by the supplier within 15working days to the Central

Technology development.

舍弗勒采购把包装数据表发送给供应商，并且表格必须在15个工作日内由供应商交回舍弗勒中央技术部。

﹥The packaging design becomes legally binding as an agreement when it is signed by the supplier and authorised by the department Packaging Technology and by

Schaeffler Purchasing. However, approval of packaging does not release the supplier from his responsibility for the delivery of undamaged parts.

当包装设计在供应商与舍弗勒包装技术及采购签字后作为一种协议具有法律约束力，但是包装的批准并不能免除供应商交付合格零件的责任。

﹥If the packaging used by the supplier does not comply with the agreement, Schaeffler reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of suppliers.

如果供应商所使用的包装与协议不一致，舍弗勒保留追究供应商责任的权利。

﹥Any variations for justified reasons (e.g. packaging prior to volume production for new production startups) must be agreed with the Packaging Technology.

3.2Design of expendable packaging 一次性包装设计

3.2.1 Dimensions 尺寸

The expendable packaging must conform to the pallet size:800*600 mm or1200*800mm 一次性包装必须遵照托盘的尺寸:800*600 mm 或者1200*800mm

The external dimensions of the pallet must not exceed max. 830*630mm or1200*800mm. 在托盘的外部尺寸最大不得超过830*630mm 或者1200*800mm 。

The permissible carton base sizes are therefore 允许的纸箱尺寸

(If the products for LUK, can also use wooden box1200 * 750 * 790mm.)

The pallet must be wooden pallet.if need use other material pallet, must be agreed with the Packaging Technology of Schaeffler .

托盘必须为木质托盘.如果使用其他材质托盘，需得到舍弗勒包装技术的批准。

Wood packing material for all import goods must be heat-treated. IPPC mark is shown on the package.

所有进口货物的木质包装材料都应该经过热处理，并在包装上标示出IPPC

3.2.2Masses 集合

If individual cartons are stacked on pallets, complete layers must be formed.

如果小纸箱堆放在托盘上，必须形成完整的层。

The height of the whole load unit must not exceed max. 850 mm.

整个负载单元高度不得超过最大850毫米。The load units must withstand stacking two layers high without deformation or other

damage. 负载单位必须承受堆叠两层不变形或其他破损。

Permissible methods for securing loads are: 安全负载允许的方法是：

﹥banding in conjunction with edge protectors, 打包带和护角配合

﹥pallet carton with banding 托盘纸盒带打包带

The use of grid type boxes or other large transportation means such as steel containers is only permissible in exceptional cases and must be agreed with Packaging Technology .该网格型箱或其他大型运输方式，如钢铁容器，只是在特殊情况下允许的，必须与包装技术同意。

The parts with weight <0.1kg or volume <8cm 3must be packed with small carton.Plastic bag must be used and sealed in the carton . The label must be pasted outside of the carton.

对于重量小于0.1kg 或者体积小于8cm3的零件，必须使用小纸盒包装。小纸盒内必须采用塑料袋包装并密封，标签粘贴在纸盒外侧。

The permissible mass of individual cartons must not exceed max. 10 kg. In exceptional cases, the gross mass of the carton can be max. 15 kg if a correspondingly stable carton is used.

可允许的小纸箱最大不得超过10公斤。如果是使用相对稳定的纸箱，在特殊情况下，纸箱的总重最大可15公斤。

For the pallet 800*600mm, the permissible gross mass of a load unit is max. 500 kg.

对于800*600mm的托盘，允许的负载单元的最大总重量为500公斤。

For the pallet 1200*800mm or wooden box of LUK 1200*750*790mm，the permissible gross mass of a load unit is max. 1000 kg.

对于1200*800mm的托盘或者LUK木箱1200*750*790mm，允许的负载单元的最大总重量为1000公斤。

Under normal circumstances,prohibit the mixed product on a pallet. If you must mix,must be agreed with Schaeffler company.

一般情况下，禁止在一个托盘上混装产品。如果必须混装，需得到舍弗勒公司的批准！Where mixed consignments are sent, a pick list must be included with the following information for each part type:

凡混合货物发送，选择列表对于每个类型零件必须包括以下信息：

﹥item designation, 项目名称

﹥number of cartons of the specific part type, 每箱的零件种类的数字

﹥quantity per carton. 每箱的数量

3.3Use of returnable packaging周转包装的使用

For the returnable packaging, Schaeffler China generally not accepted.

对于周转包装，舍弗勒中国一般不予接受。

If the supplier has a special reason, please apply for approval to the Packaging Technology of Schaeffler . General reasons, please design new expendable packaging.

如果供应商有特殊原因，请向包装技术申请批准。一般原由，请改为一次性包装。

4Marking of packaging 包装标识

4.1 Marking of despatch unit 单位发货的标识

Each despatch unit (pallet unit or despatch carton) must be marked using a goods label.每个送货单元（托盘单元或者发送纸盒）必须使用显著的货物标签。

The following regulations for field allocation on the goods label must be noted:

下列规定在货品的标签上必须分别的指出：

﹥the material number of Schaeffler (e.g. 005760771-0000) 舍弗勒的物料号码 (例如005760771-0000)

﹥Schaeffler short designation (e.g. SKFED F-230 757-1181)舍弗勒的简略名称 (例如SKFED F-230 757-1181)﹥Order No.(e.g.2024937)订单号(例如2024937)

The attachment of adhesive items to expendable packaging is permissible. If necessary, label carriers made from corrugated cardboard can be used; these are placed under the banding strip.

粘合剂的标贴可以使用在可回收包装上。如有必要，用瓦楞纸板制成的标签也可以使用，这些都应放在打包带下。

The nine digit “item number” (without a hyphen) will be expanded by the addition of “-0000” (xxxxxxxxx-0000). Traded goods have additionally to the 13 digit number a 2 digit packaging number (i.e. xxxxxxxxx-0000-10).

九位“物料号码”（不带连字符）将被扩展增加“-0000”（xxxxxxxxx-0000）。

贸易件另外在13位数字上加2位包装代码（即xxxxxxxxx-0000-10）。

4.2Marking of individual cartons and containers 单件包装和外箱的标识

The label must contain the following information:

Suppliers of traded goods who have no facility for printing on Schaeffler labels can request preprinted Schaeffler labels via Schaeffler Purchasing. On these labels, the supplier must add the modification level after the short designation by hand and the production date and batch number by means of a date stamp.

供应商的贸易件，如果没有打印舍弗勒标签的设备可以通过舍弗勒采购请求预印舍弗勒标签。在这些标签上，供应商必须手工添加在简略名称后的修改标准，并且使用日期章添加生产日期及批号。

In principle, labels must be pasted on package.Each package must have two labels, which must be pasted on both opposite sides of the box.The package without labels are not acceptable.

原则上，标签必须粘贴在包装上。每个包装上必须要有两个标签，标签必须贴在包装箱的相对的两个面上。没有标签的任何包装都不能被接收。.

5Anti-corrosion protection of purchased parts 采购件的防锈保护

Required anti-corrosion agents and periods of effectiveness必要的防锈剂和有效期Purchased parts that are prone to corrosion during transport or storage must be protected by the supplier using suitable anti-corrosion agents agreed with Schaeffler .

采购件在运输过程中或储存易受腐蚀，供应商必须得到舍弗勒的同意使用适当的防锈剂对其进行保护。

The anti-corrosion methods permitted by the Schaeffler Group department Production Chemistry are as follows:

舍弗勒集团的化学部门许可的防锈方法如下：

KA 2 = anti-corrosion protection by immersion防腐蚀浸泡保护

KA 4 = anti-corrosion protection by spraying 防腐蚀喷洒保护

KB 4 = anti-corrosion protection for mounting (parts lightly oiled)

KC 2 = dry anti-corrosion protection 干式防锈保护

Responsibility 14

For manufactured goods (parts assembled at Schaeffler), dry anti-corrosion protection is generally used (= VCI paper) in conjunction with light anti-corrosion protection for mounting (= light oiling).

对于制成品（在舍弗勒组装的零件），一般使用干防腐蚀保护（=防锈纸）与轻防腐蚀一起保护装备（=光上油）。

For traded goods, dry anti-corrosion protection can also be used.

对于贸易件，也可以使用干防腐蚀保护。

In the case of parts for export, anti-corrosion protection by immersion or spraying (= oiling) is generally used for manufactured and traded goods.

对于零部件的出口，防腐蚀保护浸泡或喷洒（=加油）通常用于制造和贸易的货物。

The supplier is responsible for corrosion protection of products and t he supplier must ensure the following anti-corrosion periods:

﹥manufactured goods: 12 months 制成品：12个月

﹥traded goods: 36 months贸易件：36个月

For LUK products,only with a dry anti-corrosion protection.If you use other anti-rust protection,need to be Schaeffler quality department approval.

对于LUK产品，只能使用干防腐蚀保护.如果采用其他防锈保护,需要得到舍弗勒质量部门的批准。

For anti-static protection products,must be increased anti-static protection measures, and paste the anti-static reminder label.

对于防静电保护的产品，必须增加防静电保护措施，并贴上防静电提醒标签.

Appropriate explanations and evidence must be documented by the supplier from M4 sample status onwards in the “Initial sample material inspection results sheet” and in the “process flow chart" or “production plan”.

适当的解释和证据，供应商必须从M4样件状态前备有证明的文件在“初始样品材料检验结果单”和“程序流程图”或“生产计划”里。
