necessary for a healthy body.Go to bed early to ensure we have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time.Never stay up all night,it is the most harmful to your he alth. Firstly,as a student,you can not shirk the academic pressure.Though compared with high school ,the school work is not so heavy,but the teaching model changed m uch,many students can’t adjust themselves to it.Learning to be more independent in s tudy,such as preparing for every lesson,and it will be easier for you.Sure,there is no pr essure any more.

Also,there is an other important thing---Money.It galled them to have to ask for money from their parents. But it pays low.There is a tavel on your plan,but you have no money;you are crazy with a mountain bike,but you have no money.What can you do?Why not search for a part time job?And then,you can support yourself!

Every graduation season,most graduates face job-hunting.Take it easy,and prep are well for it,you will get a good job!Being nerous just makes you in a bad condition .

As for emotional pressure, well, you just need to trust the god.

Developing public transportation is the most effectual ways.So many people g o to work or school by cars,and the private cars cause the traffic jams at first hand.If

more and more people go to work by buses or subways,it will reduce the transportati on pressure very much.

In some developed city like beijing and shanghai,almost everyone has a privat e car.It's necessary to limit the use of private cars and encourage people take public t ransportations.With the reduce of private cars,the traffic will be more fluently.

Also,implementing flexible working hours is a good measure.Because most tra ffic jams happened during the time when workers go to work and back home.With a f lexible working hours,the pressure would be reduced a lot.
