摘要:为了提高气缸体的加工精度和生产效率,课题设计了一台双工位专用钻床。该钻床一共要加工43个孔,分别为左面钻削12×Φ30深110的挺柱孔;右面扩12×Φ41、锪挺柱孔Φ41端面,并钻削顶面12×Φ8和7×Φ6的水孔。该机床设计包括总体设计和右主轴箱设计两部分。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。考虑到加工方便,该床采用卧式双工位加工的方案。加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。采用机械滑台实现刀具进给,借助导套引导刀具实现精度稳定的加工。主轴采用标准主轴,刀具选用复合麻花钻,使得工序集中。右主轴箱设计包括绘制多轴箱设计原始依据图、拟定主轴箱的传动路线,确定主轴和齿轮,并对轴和齿轮的强度校核计算,最后绘制多轴箱装配图和零件补充加工图。本组合机床加工效率高,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:To improve the cylinder block machining accuracy and production efficiency, the topic designed an exclusive double-driller. A total of 43 holes on the workpiece need drilling in this machining processing, that is, drilling twelve tappet holes with the diameter 30mm and depth 110mm on one side of the cylinder block, expanding them and their bottom surfaces to the diameter 40mm on the other side, and drilling twelve diameter 8mm and seven diameter 6mm water holes.
