快递合同范本 1．填写详情单前，务请认真阅读该单后面的'用户须知'。 2．请详细如实填写详情单内填写项目。 3．为便于快件的迅速投递和联系，务请提供收件人和领件人的电话号码。 4．快件内请勿夹寄现金、危险品及任何禁寄物品。 5．邮政法规定的：书信、各类文件、各类单据、证件、各类通知、有价证券等，请勿交本公司寄递。 契约条款 由_________快递作为货运代理的发运人承认以下各条背书条款，作为共同遵守，并具有法律效力的约定条件，本条款自发运人和承运人双方签字之日起确认生效。 一、运单 _____快递的运单是为发货人准备的，具有契约性质的，不可转让的运单。当发货人以物品所有人或代理人的名义项填写本运单，并签字署名后即表示接受和遵守本运单背书条款的各项填写本运单内容，并受法律保护。 二、发运人和承运人的责任及承诺： 1．发运人及其委托的代理人保证所委托发运的物品符合国家法律及运输部门能接受的，不违背承运人意的物品。 2．对委托承运的物品应妥善包装，且必须符合物品安全运输的要求，对特殊性质的物品（如生要物品，易损坏的物品等）。发运人应做好特殊包装，并向承运人作出特别声明，或实际，或实际保价措施。 3．发运人必须在《_____快递详情单》上用正楷汉字（国际件以英文）详细填写发运人及收货人的全称姓名、部门地址、联系电话等要件。 4．发运人承认_____快递有权放弃或拒绝不适宜快运方式运输的，有意或无意隐瞒物品真实品名及价值及国家法律明令禁止携带、邮寄、运输的物品，一旦违反，发运人愿意承担由此而产生的一切法律及经济赔偿责任。

5．运人及其委托找理人保证接受和支付××快递所公布的物品运价及其相关的包装，仓储和退运费用。 6．_____快递公司在原有收费标准基础上根据客户要要求，需要保价则按申报实际价值加收_____%保价费，否则寄件人默认_____快递公司为其保价最高限额_____元。 三、被承运物品的知情权 _____快递有权获知被承运物品的性质，品名数量及生量等，协助有关政府部门和运输部门对承运的物品进行检查或查处。 四、被承运物品的置留权 发运人及其委托代理人未按承运合同规定支付应付运费及相关费用，则承运人在没有取得有效担保之前，有权置留所承运的物品，并保留对发货人及其委托代理人的追偿权，且对由此而产生的任何损失不负赔偿责任。 五、负责条款 1．_____快递对因不可抗力所造成的物品运送延误、遗失、毁灭或没收不负责任，如战争、暴乱、恶劣天气、航班延误、坠机、火灾、水灾及自然或人为的严重灾害及_____无法控制的各种情况或由于发运人的原因造成的没收均不负任何责任。 2．_____快递对由于物品运送的延误或遗失所造成的间接损失或其它非主体性的损失不承担任何赔偿责任。 3．_____快递对由于下列原因所造成的物品运送延误，运送错误及损失不负任何责任： （1）由于发运人的原因，如地址填写错误或不全；收件人地址变更或无法送达的地域等。 （2）由于发运人所委托运送的物品本身违反了国家有关政策、法令所明令禁止的，如易燃、易爆、易污染、易腐蚀、有毒的各类粉剂、水剂及其它违禁品。 （3）由于发运人未经声明及包装不当所引起的各种损失。 六、赔偿限额 1．对一般物品（未经保价）均按每件最高人民币_____元赔偿。 2．对保价的物品按实际金额赔偿。
