1、班级情况分析：首先，班级情况分析：我们班共有幼儿14名，其中男孩名，女孩名。幼儿平均年龄为2——3岁之间，其中有大部分是新生，有邓宇轩，微，成龙，雨猛，欣鈅等，是这学期刚入园的小朋友,幼儿园对他们来说都是陌生的，刚入园幼儿的情绪较不稳定，家长也不放心。大部分幼儿在家是与亲人寸步不离，所以存在入园情绪不稳，娇气、爱哭，依赖性强，霸道等现象。并且大都数幼儿生活自理能力较弱，需要一步步培养。针对这一现象，所以本学期我们班是一教一保，把重点放在幼儿的护理方面及安抚幼儿情绪等方面，本学期的主要任务培养幼儿的生活自理能力，引导幼儿对幼儿园生活感兴趣，适应幼儿园的一日生活，能基本遵守幼儿园的一日常规，教会幼儿一些简单的知识。为了让幼儿能更早更快的适应幼儿园的生活，下面向各位家长介绍一下幼儿入园前家长的准备工作和幼儿入园后的各种表现以及家长应对和处理措施 (一)、家长的准备工作 1、教给幼儿基本的生活自理能力，如：自己吃饭，自己如厕，独立入睡等 2、对幼儿进行心理准备教育
