论科技创新中的人文关怀

摘要

当今，我国把创新摆在五大发展理念之首，强调科技创新的核心地位，推进以科技创新为核心的全面创新。习近平围绕“由谁来创新”、“动力哪里来”、“成果如何用”这三个基本问题展开对科技创新的理解和阐释。可以说，无论科技创新的主体、动力，还是科技创新的成果运用，都体现出深刻的对人的关切。因此，站在马克思主义哲学的立场上，深切关注科技创新中的人文关怀问题就显示出了具有时代意义的必要性。本文研究的是中国特色社会主义制度下的科技创新活动，因此本文的研究范围限定为我国科技创新中的人文关怀。

文章首先探究科技创新与人文关怀的哲学界定，即马克思主义创新思想和科技创新的人文关怀的本质、价值和意义。在马克思主义哲学看来，科学从一开始就与人性相关联，与人文拥有共同的人类实践基础，科技创新为人文精神的发展提供强大的物质条件和现实支撑，人文精神为科技创新提供价值引领和精神支撑。两者相辅相成，不可分割。这是讨论科技创新中人文关怀的基本立论根据。更进一步而言，科技创新如何真正造福人类，如何使人得到自由而全面的发展，这就要求必须夯实科技创新人文关怀的价值旨趣，实现科技创新合规律性与合目的性、事实与价值、求真与扬善的统一。依据上述理论，文章探讨了科技创新中的人文关怀的原则及实现路径，确立了“现实性”、“完整性”、“持续性”三个基本原则，框定了科技创新健康发展的方向。以此为基础，从对科技创新进行人文反思、树立正确的科技创新发展观、培育科技创新主体的人文精神和科学与人文的整体和谐建构等几个方面寻找科技创新中的人文关怀的实现路径。

从人文关怀视阈出发，才能保证科技创新的成果真正造福人类社会。对科技创新中的人文关怀进行研究，不仅能够对现实的科技创新理论进行补充完善，而且对于实现科技创新与人的全面发展和谐共存具有重要指导意义。

Abstract

Today,China puts innovation at the head of the five major development

concepts,emphasizes the core position of scientific and technological innovation, and promotes comprehensive innovation with science and technology as the core.Xi jinping's understanded and interpretation of scientific and technological innovation is based on the three basic questions:"who will innovate","where will power come" and"how will the results be used".It can be said that regardless of the main body, the driving force of scientific and technological innovation,or the application of scientific and technological innovation results,it shows a deep concern for people.Therefore,standing on the standpoint of marxist philosophy,deeply concerned about the humanistic concern in scientific and technological innovation shows the necessity of era significance.This article studies the scientific and technological innovation activities under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,the research scope of this article is limited to humanistic care in China's scientific and technological innovation.

The article first explores the philosophical definition of scientific and technological innovation and humanistic concern,that is,the nature,value,and significance of the humanistic concern of Marxist innovation ideas and scientific and technological innovation.In the view of Marxist philosophy,science has been associated with humanity from the very beginning,and has a common foundation of human practice with humanities.Scientific and technological innovation provides powerful material conditions and realistic support for the development of humanistic spirit and the humanistic spirit provides value guidance and spiritual support for scientific and technological innovation.The two are complementary and inseparable.This is the basic argument for discussing humanistic concern in scientific and technological innovation.Further,the innovation of science and technology how to truly benefit mankind,how to make people get free and comprehensive development,we must strengthen the humanistic concern of science and technology innovation of value purport,implement scientific and technological innovation
