三、报考条件

(一)报考我校博士研究生的人员,须符合下列条件:

1.拥护中国共产党的领导,具有正确的政治方向,热爱祖国,愿意为社会主义现代化建设服务,遵纪守法,品行端正。

2.身体健康状况符合教育部等部门制定的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》及我校的补充规定。

3.考生学位或学历必须符合下列条件之一:

(1)已获得硕士学位或者博士学位,单证硕士学位(无学历证书)的考生应于2018年12月31日前获得学位。

(2)应届硕士毕业生须在2019年8月31日前取得硕士学位证书和硕士研究生毕业证

书。

(3)具有与硕士毕业生同等学力的人员。

注:在境外教育科研机构获得学位、学历的考生,一般应于2018年12月31日前出具教育部留学服务中心的认证书。

4.以硕士毕业生同等学力身份报考的人员,还须具备下列条件:

(1)大学本科毕业并获得学士学位后在与所报考专业相近岗位工作满6年(时间截止2019年8月31日);

(2)近三年在国内外核心期刊上以第一作者身份发表2篇以上(含2篇)属于所报考学科专业范围的学术论文,或获得过省部级以上科研成果奖励(排名在前五名)。

5.须有两名与报考学科专业相关的教授(或相当专业技术职称的专家)的书面推荐意见。

(二)报考临床医学博士专业学位的人员除了符合(一)中的各项要求,须符合下列条件之一:

1.已取得《住院医师规范化培训合格证书》的应届或往届硕士毕业生。

2.已取得《住院医师规范化培训合格证书》的本科毕业满六年并在临床科研中取得优秀成果的在职临床医师。

3.已取得《医师资格证书》的七年制临床医学专业应届毕业生

四、选拨程序

考生在完成网上报名后需向学院提交以下材料:

1、申请外语综合水平考试免试的考生须于网报结束前(2018年12月14日)向学院邮寄申请表及相关支撑材料,经学院审核批准后可免试外语,未提交申请表的或不符合条件的视为无效申请。免试条件见学校招生简章。

2、申请者须在2019年3月1日前将申请材料(纸质版)按以下顺序整理后寄到各培养单位研究生工作办公室。考生须提交的材料有:

(一)入学申请。包括攻读博士学位期间的研究计划;

(二)《武汉大学2019年博士研究生考生信息卡》(网报系统打印);

(三)最后学位、学历证的复印件(应届毕业硕士生提交学籍证明或学信网学籍认证报告,本校应届毕业硕士生也可提供学生证复印件,入学前补验毕业证书及学位证书并交复印件);

(四)两名与报考学科、专业相关的教授(或相当专业技术职称的专家)出具的《专家推

荐书》(网报系统生成打印。推荐人姓名、所在单位、职称等信息将对外公布,向我校推荐过考生、但考生存在提交虚假材料、考试舞弊以及实际信息与推荐意见明显不符合者,请勿再向我校推荐考生);

(五)本科与硕士研究生课程成绩单(须加盖校级主管单位或所在单位人事档案室的公章);

除第(四)项材料外,纸质版申请材料须与网报系统中的电子版保持一致,若不一致所产生的后果由考生本人承担。

五、考核内容

学院组成专家考核小组对候选人进行考核,综合考核内容包括

1、学术素养。占总成绩的40%,主要考查候选人的专业基础、知识结构、学术研究兴趣及研究能力等,是否具备本学科博士研究生应具备的专业知识基础及学术研究能力。

2、培养潜质。占总成绩的30%,结合候选人学术研究经历,主要考查候选人的科研创新能力,是否具备本学科博士研究生的培养潜质。

3、外语水平。占总成绩的30%,主要考查候选人是否具备本学科博士研究生应具备的外语应用能力。

学术素养及培养潜质的考核以面试方式进行,学院根据不同的报考专业分成若干考核小组进行,考生须提前准备好PPT,介绍内容包括自我介绍、教育背景、专业特长、研究计划以及其他相关材料,时间以20分钟为宜。每名考生的总面试时间为1小时。

外语水平考试主要是对文献阅读、摘要写作能力进行考核。
