2)partybwillnotberesponsiblefortheinterruptionofser viceowingtoorders
ofgovernmentauthoritiesorjudicialbodies;
3)partyAagreestocompensatepartybanylossattributable tothefaultofthe
partyA;
4)Twopartiesagreethatallclaimsshallbelimitedtodirec tdamagesduetothe
breachofthisAgreement.Innoeventshalleitherpartybeli abletotheotherforanypenalty,consequential,indirect, specialorincidentaldamagesincluding,butnotlimitedto ,lossofprofitorlossoftechnologyoroperationrightsorl
