谈中学生英语学习兴趣的培养
爱因斯坦曾说：“兴趣是最好的老师。”学习兴趣是学生基于自己的学习需要而表现出来的一种认识倾向，这种倾向总是伴随着良好的情感体验。具有浓厚学习兴趣的学生，通常会集中精力、全神贯注、兴致勃勃、津津有味地学习，常常达到废寝忘食的地步。一旦成功或取得一定的成绩，学生就会从中获得巨大的满足感，感到愉悦，从而促进学习兴趣的提高，产生新的学习需要，学生将采取更积极的学习态度和学习行为。学习兴趣是学习动机中极现实和极活跃的成分，它使学习活动变得积极、自觉、主动、愉快，从而使学生获得良好的学习效果。英语教师如何激发和培养中学生英语学习的兴趣呢？根据中学生的兴趣特点，结合多年的教学经验，我就如何培养学生的英语学习兴趣，提出以下教学策略。
一、营造良好的教学氛围，激发兴趣
学生从小学进入初中以后，对各科的兴趣开始分化且日趋明显。影响学科兴趣的因素有很多，教学氛围是一种隐性因素，它对学生的自主性学习具有巨大的潜在影响，而师生关系是形成良好的教学氛围的主要因素，它直接影响学生的情感和意志，影响学生的认知活动。师生关系融洽，会促使学生产生巨大的学习动力，激发学生学习英语的热情，使其变“厌学”为“愿学。教师耐心细致的教育，能对学生产生潜移默化的影响，使他们从内心深处对老师产生好感和信赖，在师生之间架起一座平等、和谐的情感桥梁。“亲其师，
