英语口语测试方案

一、测试目的

1、了解、检查现阶段小学3-6年级学生英语学习状况

2、了解教师在使用教材, 贯彻落实小学英语课程标准的情况

3、对照小学英语课程评价要求, 促进考试改革, 确保我市从三年级起始的英语教学质量, 推进素质教育。

二、测试时间

每学期二次, 第一次一般在期中质量抽测之前, 第二次在期末质

量抽测之前。具体时间各个学校根据实际情况待定。

三、命题特点

本次测试着重考查学生对所学的基础知识、基本技能的掌握情况

以及初步的运用英语的实际能力。

四、实施要求

1、口语测试要有益于学生能力培养, 自信心的树立, 要形成学生继续学习的动力。在测试时要求教师在了解学生学习状况的基础上, 运用多种方法、手段尽可能让每一位学生心情愉快地经过测试。

2、口语测试中要求师生有一对一的对话的过程, 并尽可能采用自然对话形式完成, 同时教师要注重测试过程的自然流畅。歌曲和小诗能够让学生自选, 能够采用两人或三人组合的形式完成。

五、口语测试参考内容

1、 Free talk ( 师生共同完成。注意环境、气氛的宽松) 例: T: Good morning / afternoon.

T: How are you?

T: Sit down, please.

T: What’s your name?

T: What time is it?

此项测试主要考查学生的情景反应能力。教师提问、学生回答均要求灵活。尽量避免与课本知识雷同, 同时要注意文明礼貌用语的使用。对话不少于5个来回。

2、 words

主要是单词和词组的认读。

此项测试主要考察学生的单词和词组的发音。教师能够抽查部分单词让学生认读。单词或词组可参考教学用书后面的词汇表中的单词。

3、 Ask and answer( 能够使用图片、实物等辅助测试)

例: What can you see …?

Where is …?

What is … plus …?

Who is he /she?

What would you like?

Do you like …?

…?

此项测试主要考查学生的情景反应、辨认物体、词语记忆等方面的能力。教师应鼓励学生尽可能多说, 只要能达到相互沟通, 就应给予肯定。问答不少于5个来回。

4、Say something about…( 学生能够使用图片、实物等进行辅助)

此项测试主要考查学生的综合语言运用能力。教师能够让学生预先准备4~5个话题, 能够谈论照片、物品、人物、家庭、购物、爱好等。要求学生独立完成, 教师应鼓励学生用自己的语言进行叙述, 不少于5句。

5、 Song or rhyme

测试内容为3B教材中出现的歌曲和小诗, 能够经过抽签的方式或由学生自选。此项测试能够随堂或课外进行, 能够采用两人或三人组合的形式完成。

七、评分标准

1、自由交谈:

一档: 交谈自如、得体、大方。语言语调自然流畅。

二档: 能够与老师和同学用英语交谈, 虽有一、两处错误, 但还能达到自由交谈的目的。

三档: 对老师的招呼, 询问基本能听懂, 但不能正确地应答。

四档: 对老师的招呼, 询问听不懂、不会交谈。

此项测试能够随堂或课外进行, 能够采用两人或三人组合的形式完成。

注: 教师在口语测试中应尽可能运用眼神、手势等体态语言帮助学生理解测试要求及内容, 以保证测试顺利进行( 如有困难。能够适当运用母语) ; 在测试中教师还应争取做到各项目之间不要有明显断痕, 保证测试的自然流畅。

2、单词认读:

一档: 语音正确规范。

二档: 语音基本正确、

三档: 语音不正确。

3、话题简述:

一档: 语音语调正确, 能围绕一个话题连贯讲述, 表示清楚, 不少于5句。

二档: 语音语调基本正确, 讲述比较连贯, 表示比较清楚, 不少于5句, 但有个别错误。

三档: 语音语调基本正确, 讲述不够连贯, 有一些错误或不满5句, 影响意思表示。

四档: 语音语调较差, 错误多, 只是说出与内容有关的单词。

4、歌曲和小诗

一档: 能自然流畅有韵律地背一首小诗和正确地唱一首英语歌。二档: 能背一首小诗和唱一首英语歌, 但有些小错。

三档: 只能勉强背一首小诗或唱一首歌。

四档: 不会唱或不会背, 或者中会读一、两句。

备注: 在学生记录表上进行记录, 85-100分为A, 70-84分为B, 60-69为C, 60以下为D。

初中毕业生英语口语测试实施方案

根据《教育中心—教育教学工作计划》, 要在中招英语考试中加试口语。为做好英语口语测试的领导和组织工作, 使广大英语教师和毕业生了解英语口语测试的目的、要求及测试内容, 保证英语口语测试工作的顺利进行, 现对英语口语测试的有关问题说明如下:

一、测试目的

英语学科加试口语的主要目的在于: 第一, 检测学生是否达到了《英语课程标准》所规定的有关说英语能力的要

求和程度; 第二, 促进初中英语教学, 引导教师在教学中重视对学生进行说英语的能力培养; 第三, 进一步引导学生转变英语学习模式, 开口说英语, 克服学习过程中”哑巴英语”的不良现象, 促进学生英语语言整体素质的提高, 推进课程改革和素质教育的健康发展。

二、测试要求

主要考核初中毕业生”说”英语的能力。考核内容以教育部制定的《英语课程标准》”内容标准” 中有关”说”部分第五级要求为准。朗读材料相当于或略低于初四年级教材中阅读课文的难度, 话题主要以《英语课程标准》中”话题项目表”所列的五级要求为依据。语言描述的内容以初中四年级英语课本中所学的内容为主要依据。

三、测试对象

全体初中毕业生。

四、测试办法

对全体考生集中时间, 统一地点进行测试。先根据考生在考试现场表现出的英语口语水平进行评分, 后根据等级评分的要求将实际分转换成等级分。测试时采取在同一时间段内,

桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案 (讨论稿) 英语作为国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具,具有工具性和人文性双重性质。小学英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们对英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心,培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,使他们形成初步用英语进行简单的日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。根据教育部《义务教育英语课程标准》,为全面提高我县小学英语教学质量,全面评价学生学习英语情况,结合我县教学现状,制定桐庐县小学英语口语测试实施方案。 一、测试目的 1. 了解、检查小学各年级学生英语学习状况,着重考查学生口语表达及实际运用所学语言的能力。 2. 了解教师在使用教材,贯彻落实英语课程标准等方面的情况。 3. 优化评价方式。促进学生个性化、多元化的发展。 二、事项说明 1. 测试时间:每学年第二学期5月。三个模块同时进行,每位学生平均用时大约2~3分钟。每所学校检测用时约1.5小时。 2. 被测学校:同类学校(或四类学校选同类学校抽测)。 3. 测试地点:被测学校(候测室与检测室)。 4. 被测学生:三~六年级随机抽测一个年段。随机抽取被测班级,从被测班级中随机抽取30名学生。(或按学校学生数,等距抽取。) 5. 测试员(教师):全县安排13个监考组,每组3名监考教师,其中1名为组长,每组一天完成三所学校监考工作。监考教师由教研室组织人员并进行培训。 6. 测试内容:三个模块,包括自主展示、即时朗读、综合运用。 三、测试流程 (一)测试准备 1. 被测学校:准备两间教室(工作室),一间为测试室,一间为候测试。 2. 被测学生:测试前,测试教师组长随机抽取被测年段一个班,然后再从被测班级中抽取30名学生,男女生比例相等。年级人数少于30人的按实际人数。测试开始5分钟前,每组10人带本学期课本在候测试等候。 3. 测试教师:测试教师分工,每位教师负责检测一个模块并当场打分。 (二)测试过程 测试开始,一名学生在候测试(测试教师1处)完成第一模块自主展示模块后,进入测试室从测试老师手中抽取即时朗读题目完成第二模块,最后至第三位老师处抽取第三模块综合运用题目并完成测试。所有考生依此进行。
