Good ways to keep healthy

It is very important for us to keep healthy. But do you know the ways to keep us healthy?

First, we need to have healthy eating habits. We can eat less vegetables and fresh fruit, but we’d better eat less meat. Different kinds of foods are necessary; It’s also important to have a balanced diet.

Then , playing sports every day can also help us keep fit. We can take walks after dinner, we can walk to school instead of taking a bus, and after school we can spend hours playing basketball or soccer with our friends. We should try to do more exercise every day.

Happiness is another way to keep healthy. When we are lonely or unhappy, try to make friends. It is a good way to keep happy. If you smile often, you also feel happy. So, be happy to be healthy.

My middle school life is coming to an end. During the three years, not only I have happy time, but I had kinds of problems. My biggest problem was from my parents. Cars

With more and more cars coming into our families, we are happy that it has greatly improved our life. But unluckily, it has brought many problems, such as heavy traffic and traffic accidents.

Traffic safety is everybody’s business. We must obey the rules. For example, we must walk on the sidewalk. When we cross the zebra crossing, we must walk on the sidewalk. When we cross the zebra crossing, we should stop and look right and left, and then g o across fast. Football shouldn’t be p layed on the road, and neither should other balls. We can tell our parents not to drive after drinking, not to run through red lights, not to talk and laugh while driving, etc.

We can say cars are coming into our life, but only when everybody pays attention to traffic safety can we be safe on roads.

My future plan

I decide to be a middle teacher after college. There are many reasons for this decision.

Firstly, when I was a little boy, I dreamed of being a teacher. It seemed so fascinating to me and I hope I can make my dream come true.

I like to be with middle school students at that age are full of youthful spirit and I am sure their passion would pass to me. I will stay young forever.

The most important reason is that our country needs plenty of teachers. So far, teaching is considered a tough and low income job in China. My after-school activities

I had an experience of sharing.

When my family moved, I had to go to a new school and study in a new class. The first test made me so nervous that I failed . I got worried and felt helpless until one of my new classmates came up to me and asked softly if I was Ok. After I told him about my problem, he gave me some advice.

Today is mother’s Day. I love my mother so much that I’ve done many things for her.

Is stress a bad thing?

“I can’t stand the pressure and competition,”explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid job in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don’t think his decision is wise in reality.

Actually, my friend’s case is not unique. In the last few years, quite a number of people have chosen to do something less competitive. They are afraid that the stress of work will do great harm both physically and mentally. In fact however, stress isn’t as bad it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is important to provide motivation and challenges, and to give purposes and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. At present, a number of middle school students have picked up a bad habit—cheating in the examination.

There are four main reasons. First, schools have given students too many exams, some of which are too difficult. School , some students are not hard-working and don’t work hard at their lessons. Third, they wastes a lot of time playing games or surfing the Internet. So they haven’t enough time to prepare for the exam. Finally, students have to do so to make their teachers and parents happy.

In my opinion, cheating in exams does great harm to our study. We students should be honest and diligent, and only in this can we improve or study and make progress.

Besides,, our teachers should offer us fewer exams and more time to study for ourselves.

How time flies! I have studied in my school for three year. And I will graduate from middle school in a month. I am eager to share my happiness and sadness with you. I have so many memories in three years’ life. One of them impressed me very much. I still remember, when I began to learn English. I found I too difficult. No matter how hard I tried, I still couldn’t do well in it and almost gave up. As soon as my English teacher found my problem, she had a talk with me about how to learn English well.. The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. It is on January 1st according to the Chinese lunar calendar. About a week before the festival, housewives re busy preparing the New Year’s dinner.. People who are far away on business are hurrying home for the family reunion.

On New Year’s Eve each family will gather together eating, talking and watching TV for almost the whole night.
