How to improve your health and your life
Nowadays, due to the fast-paced life, more and more people living in very poor health. Health is the most important thing in our life. To live a better life we should pay more attention to it .Here are my suggestions.
The first thing is developing a healthy diet. Breakfast is very important to our health. There are so many choices about breakfast, like milk, orange juice, eggs, break, sandwich, fruits and so on. But many people still make excuses not to eat in the morning or eat simple breakfast hurriedly. They include not having enough time and not feeling hungry.
The second thing is keeping enough sleeping .Sleeping is vital to good health and to mental and emotional well-being. Your body has to have enough time to rest. This may sound like common sense, but more and more people are suffering from sleep problems .So my suggestion is making sure to get at least seven to 10 hours each night.
The third thing is making social connections .Whatever you do, do it with people. Communal activities are good for your physical and mental health. Group activities can help keep the mind active and enhance the spirits of cooperation and competition. So you should take an active part in social activities.
The most important thing is doing more exercise. If you want to live a healthier and better life , taking actions just now!

As we all know, dragon is the symbol of our great China. At the bottom of Chinese heart, dragon occupies the important position.No matter wherever we are, we will say we are the offspring of the dragon with great proud. People constructed a power
animal that had ability to rain and raise with the devil, which was the dra gon.In this new age, dragon is given the new life. It won’t only be the symbol of China but also the Chinese spirit and it will represent the Chinese nation as well.the dragon does not only belong to China. There is also dragon
existing in the western world. In China, dragon could bring good luck, and it can make the rainfall for the people to get the harvest. But different from Chinese dragon, in westerners’ eyes, dragon is an unlucky animal. As their imagine, the dragon may has three or more heads, and it could make fire from its mouth. It may does harm to the people, and burns the people’s houses. More seriously, it would eat people. In a word, it’s the symbol of bad luck. So sometimes the westerners couldn’t understand why the Chinese admire the dragon so much. Maybe this could reflect the differences on the culture between the East and the West. Whatever it is, the spirit of the dragon will lasts forever. As a Chinese, as the descendent of the dragon, we should hand down the spirit of the dragon gene ration by generation, and let all the world know the “dragon culture” of our country.
Chance favors the prepared mind
As we all know , the sentence that opportunities favor the prepared mind means that opportunities always knock at the prepared person’s door .No matter what we will do ,it is vital for us to prepare anyting before we do . For example , as the Sports Meeting is drawing near , athletes work harder in order to bring forth their best performance . Everyday ,the excellent athletes gathered and take special training ,but they never complain, because they understand the real meaning of the proverb opportunities favor the prepared mind .
I personally do believe that a prepared mind is prone to getting more chances in life. People say that chances/opportunities only come by once in a lifetime... and if you miss that shot, then you will forever regret it. But by being prepared, you will not miss that opportunity. If you're always prepared, then if a chance comes your way, you'll be ready to take it. A chance won't last forever, and if you're not prepared, it might end up being a missed opportunity.
preparation is the key to success because it means that when an opportunity comes along you are ready for it! if you are not always prepared then you may not know a chance is right in front of you. Or even if you do you might not be able to take it since you were sitting on your hands..
